The receptionist working the morning shift was wonderful and very kind — all praise for him.
The hotel is clean and the room is clean, but the bathrooms are very small and poorly equipped; there isn’t even a power outlet. There is no wardrobe because the rooms are small.

Breakfast was okay, but not very rich. For example, omelets were not served, and you have to cook the eggs yourself in an egg-boiling machine, which I didn’t like.

Also, the man who was cleaning the tables was constantly around while people were eating. He was spraying nearby tables with cleaning spray while guests were having breakfast, which is very rude and unprofessional. It creates a constant feeling that you have to hurry and cannot really enjoy your breakfast.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Palais de Chaillot, offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower – a huge plus for tourists. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the staff are professional and friendly, making for a very comfortable stay overall. The surrounding area has great amenities and feels safe, making this a highly recommended and excellent value-for-money accommodation choice when visiting Paris.

Great location and super walkable to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, which is the main reason to stay here. The room was quite dusty, and cleanliness could definitely be better. I also noticed mold in the shower/toilet areas. Some parts of the floor look like the grout isn’t sealed properly. If you only need a convenient base near the Eiffel Tower, it works, but don’t expect much beyond location. Receptionists are all super friendly and helpful though!

I checked in late, but I was a little surprised that I got a room with a view of the construction site bathroom.

The location is just perfect. A 2-min walk to the metro station, and then you can see Eiffel Tower. The staff are beyond amazing. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is nice, the shower pressure is the best I ever had, even better than many 5-star hotel. Adele who works there is the most pleasant and helpful person ever!

This hotel is such a hidden gem and the price is unbeatable, I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at Hotel Palais de Chaillot was nothing short of amazing. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to Trocadero Gardens. The metro station is nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore Paris. Safe walk to the hotel.
The room was cozy and clean, with charming Parisian decor. One of the highlights was the neighborhood. There are plenty of cafes, boulangerie and restaurants within walking distance.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
