We have lived in Paris as well as stayed in Paris on our way to my husbands parents many times. The location of this hotel is perfect. The service is not the best. Two men standing at reception watching us carrying bags up the stairs and no assistance. At the other 10 hotels of the same calibre we were always assisted with luggage and a warm greeting. It did not happen here.

My Wife has stayed here twice previously and had a great experience and was therefore very excited to show me this hotel for our last night in Paris.
It was therefore a huge disappointment that it never worked out that way. The Male front desk staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We had booked a “classic” room which is the same category as My Wife had booked and received on her second trip - the room however was certainly not the same standard. When we enquired why this was at check out, a different male staff member said that my Wife had been upgraded (which she had not been on the second trip, only the first). The problem was the dismissive attitude of the staff member to our enquiry.
My Wife was left frustrated that the staff member would not listen to her enquiry and just kept yelling that she had previously been upgraded, despite her explaining that she had been on the first trip, but not the second.
Anyway, a very unpleasant, thankfully short stay at a property where the male staff members could do with some customer service training.

The location is excellent, but the male receptionist at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The room wasn't quite like the pictures; some rooms are very nice, but they might not give you the exact room shown in the photos you booked. The bathroom is very small. Don't expect too much; its main draw is the great location. I hope they can improve their service.

The service was excellent, and while the facilities are a bit old, the room was very clean. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around super convenient. Being in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, it felt very safe, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Terrible front desk service. The hotel states check-in is after 3 PM, but while we were waiting on the couch, at least three newly arrived guests were able to check in without any issues. We, however, had to wait until exactly 3 PM to be allowed to check in (and the room looked like it had been ready for a while). On top of that, the front desk tried to charge us twice 🙄🙄. This hotel is very unfriendly towards Chinese guests, especially the male receptionist with long hair. The room was also tiny. Not recommended.

The room was a 10 out of 10 for smallness. The location was decent, but the price was quite high, and the service wasn't particularly enthusiastic. It was the smallest room I've ever seen, and the facilities and equipment were incredibly old-fashioned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — very central and convenient for exploring Paris. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was truly impressive. A special thanks to Marina and Emma, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back on my next visit to Paris!

Always outstanding. We stay here when we come to Paris. The Latin Quarter is so much fun and this hotel is in the heart of it. You’re greeted every morning by hotel staff. When you exit the hotel multiple restaurants and site seeing are right there for you. RER right around the corner. Easy to travel about the city from this point. Keep in mind for us Americans the rooms are smaller compared to the standard hotel in the states. Which is all good given we only used the room to sleep. Will be back!
