You cannot go out with your bedroom key😪 you have to drop it at the front desk every time you go out. I didn’t like this system

I had a really nice stay here. The receptionists were all very kind and warming even though I didn’t speak French well and the breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel's location isn't super convenient, a bit far from the MTR and bus stops. However, the area itself is quite comfortable and safe to stay in, and there's a supermarket nearby.

Excellent hotel with very good size rooms for Paris. Location requires some walking as do restaurants. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The bus stop is conveniently close, allowing easy access to major tourist attractions within about 30 minutes. The neighborhood felt safe; in the mornings, there were many children and their parents walking around, which gave a pleasant impression. I arrived around 11 AM and was able to store my luggage. The breakfast was pretty standard, but I was served by a very good staff member. The room was cleaned daily, which kept it very comfortable and spotless, but the air conditioning seemed broken as it couldn't be set to anything other than 23°C. If I get the chance to visit Paris again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Great experience staying here. Very well-connected with public transport, safe and clean area and the rooms are pretty decent. The staff was kind and very helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was decent and well-served. Overall very pleased with our stay

Overall, not a great experience. We were staying in a double room. The room was extremely small, with just two electrical sockets in the room, one not even close to one side of the bed, and not a single one in the bathroom. The bathroom was also small, the sink was so small to the point that you hit your forehead against the shelf under the mirror when washing your face. Just one of the staff in the hotel spoke English, which is quite inconvenient considering that the hotel is in a big city like Paris. Breakfast was acceptable, not great.
The location was good, close to nice streets with restaurants and different metro stations.

small room and some room as one extra step to go down to floor (fall risk)
