Worst hotel I've been in my life! Alcatraz has more welcoming rooms!
Honestly, first time in my life I have had to ask for multiple room changes hoping to get a better location as initially I was put under the roof, where the whole room vibrated from the ventilation system right above... Second room... The ventilation system is so loud and cannot be turned off so the guy sellotaped the whole thing, still it remained very loud... So I asked naively for a third room only to realise that all rooms in this hotel are the same with an incredibly loud ventilation system... If you are additionally above 1.80m, you won't even fit when sitting on the toilet....
The buffet is deeply disappointing given the cost, you are better off having breakfast in any of the surrounding cafes...
I won't even get into the architectural aspect as this building deserves only one thing: to be torn down!
Considering the prices at this hotel, I severely don't recommend going as you can get similar or better quality elsewhere for the same cost...

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station, which is right across the street. There are many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or Les Invalides in about twenty minutes. The hotel's cleanliness is decent, and hot water is available. However, the room facilities are quite basic; there are no coffee or tea bags provided, let alone a refrigerator or a safe.

I’m quite recommend this hotel, this is my second time staying with Ibis in Paris. I will still choose to stay here.
There are 2 train stations (M6/ M8) near the hotel, which is very convenient. Also, there are restaurants, carrefour near the hotel. ALSO, IS JUST A WALKING DISTANCE TO EIFFEL TOWER!

The room was quite clean. Luggage storage costs 6 euros per item. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it's about 1.3 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower.

Good value for money.
The rooms are tight but intelligently furnished. Great location. Has a bathroom with a door that closes and can be used without the other person in the room hearing/seeing/smelling everything.
Would have liked to see a gym but understanding that for the price you can’t expect many amenities.

The hotel is nice and very close to the Eiffel Tower. We chose an Eiffel Tower view room, so we could see the tower. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom and shower were not very convenient for a family trip.

I´ve stayed in many Ibios before and other Hotels of the chain, but it never happened to me before that they had such an uncomfortable bed!! the underlining of it was plastic or so, wich caused us to mega sweet all night long (no matter if you regularly don´t sweat that much), so when we woke up, the whole bed was completly WET and you could not possible lye down again until it dried.
On the other hand, the bathroom is super small, the shower was so tiny I could barely turn inside, and the toilet paper thin and scarse.
The ventilation didn´t worked that right, so on top of having the plastic bed, it was suffocating hot despite being the middle of Dezember! you could not possibly air the place.
Finally, out of 3 elevators, only 1 was working during the 5 days we were there... so for the aumount of people staying... it was way better to just use the stairs (despite being on the 4th floor) than waiting for the one elevator working to come pick you up.
Just as an extra: it didn´t have a safe or a mini cooler for keeping your drinks cooled.
On the good side, I could pin point the location and the breakfast, wich was very very nice.
All in all, so far, the worst hotel of All Accor I´ve stayed at (even in comparison to some Ibis Budget)

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel for three nights in December. The hotel is located in a safe and decent area. It is a new hotel and meets almost all of your basic needs. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the quality of the service.
In my opinion, the missing points were the absence of slippers, a bathroom brush, a kettle, and drinking water in the rooms. Additionally, the trash bins in the rooms were very small and not very practical.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Great location, short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to lots of cafes/bistro. Number 80 bus services outside. The room was small but absolutely fine for two of us. Would have liked two towels each plus a hand towel - and I'm sure we could have resolved this if we had gone down to reception. There was an extra pillow each in the room which was nice.
