Polite staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Perfect location, right next to tube station.

The hotel is well located near the Porte de Saint Ouen metro station, and the staff are very friendly. The room was very clean.

Around hotel, you can find restarants, bagetts , vasitable so so.
It's easy to solve eats.

First of all, it's in the 17th arrondissement, but it's close to the 18th, so it's not super close to the city center. However, the number 13 metro line is just a 2-minute walk away, so we were able to get to all the major Parisian attractions in 20-30 minutes!

I stayed with my mom, and we wanted a bit more space, so we booked a triple room. The room was spacious, but there was no refrigerator. You can borrow an electric kettle and radiator on the first floor if you ask. The staff are super friendly! And they clean the room every day!

The breakfast area is small, but it's nice because it has a lot of bread, butter, and cheese. And it was actually nice that most of the guests seemed French. ㅎㅎ

I wouldn't recommend it for older parents, but I would recommend it for younger people! There's also Carrefour and Francprix nearby, so you can easily get groceries.

Everything's fine, except the bathroom won't close. You can hear the subway on the lower floors.

Very nice location

We had a lovely stay at this hotel over New Year with our family of five (two adults and three kids). The location is good—close to public transportation, with a supermarket and bakery right next door for added convenience.

For parking, I recommend reserving through the hotel. They arranged a secure spot in an underground garage on a neighboring street, which was very practical, especially since the public parking nearby seemed to have some security issues (we noticed several cars with broken windows).

The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even offering us complimentary breakfast on our departure day, which was a delightful gesture.

The rooms, while not large, were comfortable enough for a family if you plan to spend most of your time exploring Paris. However, if you're sensitive to noise and your room faces the street, I’d suggest bringing earplugs. The street can be quite busy, and there’s a fast-food restaurant nearby that stays open late.

Overall, a great hotel for families—comfortable, well-situated, and with good service!

The hotel is clean and suitable for a single stay. I think it would be fine for a couple. The reception is friendly. There is an elevator and everything is close, including the subway, mart, pharmacy, and restaurants. I would like to stay there again next time.
