Hôtel Le 123 Elysées - Astotel in Paris

The environment is great, the location is excellent, and the service is wonderful. I arrived early, and although check-in is usually after 3 PM, when I came back after dropping off my luggage, my suitcase was already in my room. The only downside is the price. If I go to Paris again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. The open bar (soft drinks) is where breakfast and relaxation take place. The late-night open bar (soft drinks) is open to guests from 2 PM until 2 AM, and all drinks are complimentary.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip to Paris. The location was central and convenient. The hotel was quaint and charming. Our room was large and comfortable. Upon arrival, there was a delightful tray of desserts and macarons in the room. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Arriving at Hotel Le 123 with the warmest welcome, greeted so kindly by Marina, was one of the highlights of my 10 day trip in France. Thank you is not enough to say to her and the staff at this hotel. Last year, I was traveling alone with my adult son and we arrived haggard after the worst 10 hr flight knowing we will need to wait for our room to be cleaned. Marina took one look at us, whisking our luggage into the closet while sweeping us into the lounge to brew us coffee at an odd hour, delivering a strong cuppa with two delicious chocolate croissants. This was just the beginning. We stayed for two nights during which the front desk staff guided us on our adventures walking to nearby restaurants, riding the subway to museums, and expertly scheduling our taxi drivers. The authentic customer service provided at this hotel is the gold standard in my book. We’re all journeying this wild world and I am so very glad I chose to cross paths with Marina at Hotel Le 123 Elysees. Thank you all for adding kindness, culture, and a rich quality to our once in a lifetime Paris experience!

One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast it’s delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options including pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. It’s the perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to many attractions, cafés, and metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

Hôtel 123 Elysées is also known as the Astotel. It is a very nice 4 star hotel if you're interested in an easy location and a well appointed hotel.

Rooms: The room was a very nice size with a great desk that I used a lot. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The bathroom is also a nice size. I was very happy as my windows opened to a small balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the square.

Service: Friendly and 24x7. The door is locked in the late evening, your room key opens the door and it can be opened by someone at the front desk.

There is a small self serve restaurant with an honor bar. If breakfast is not included in your reservation, it was only €18 for a well stocked buffet and good coffee. Breakfast is staffed nicely.

Location: Although it is a few blocks out of the way, it is a very nice neighborhood with many very nice shops and cafes.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in a Prime Location

I recently stayed at Hôtel Le 123 Elysées - Astotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. This is a solid, no-frills hotel that delivers on the essentials. The room was basic but very clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and satisfying, which is always a plus in Paris.

The staff at reception were efficient and to the point, while the breakfast staff were especially kind and welcoming, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast had everything you could need—nothing extravagant, but well thought-out and satisfying.

A thoughtful extra: the complimentary mini bar (restocked daily!) and afternoon snacks and drinks were much appreciated and added a nice touch of hospitality. I was also able to store my luggage after checkout, which was very convenient.

The location is excellent—close to a supermarket, boulangerie, Starbucks, restaurants, the metro, and easily accessible by Uber. You really have everything you need within walking distance.

If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a softer, more ambient lighting option in the room. The current lighting setup is either quite bright or limited to the bedside lamps, which isn’t always ideal in the evenings.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Paris—especially if you value simplicity, convenience, and a few thoughtful extras.
