We had a lovely stay at Le Fabe. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and very friendly which was nice for our two week stay. Everything was clean, the coffee was good, and the location was perfect for our family. Very close to the Metro and surrounded by eclectic restaurants and great boulangeries and cafes. I would make this my home base again!

A warm welcome from Pierre awaited us. The rooms are tastefully decorated and, whilst not huge, offer comfort and calm. Great value too. We didn’t sample the breakfast yet it was handy to have a Nespresso machine in the room to prepare coffee.

I had an accidental fall and have bleeding inside brain with this I can’t travel. So I had beg for Le Fabe to consider my unfortunate circumstance. Not only they insist in non refundable T&C, Le Fabe also said of resold my reservation to other guest. So they got double money from my unfortunate situation. I am already very depress on my accidental illness and Le Fabe is really taking advantage of my illness. Le Fabe wants me dead.

Adrian at reception desk is Fantastic. Well versed and very cordial, he would be an asset to any hotel.
The rest of the reception desk crew is quite nice and helpful . There are areas of the hotel that need attention, the trim and paint need looking at.
The breakfast for 12 Euros is lacking, we have stayed at other hotels in Paris that have full breakfasts from the same price. The air-conditioning died while we were there, sleep at night was difficult due to having the window open, the street noise was disturbing.

Very helpful staff at this conveniently located property near tons of great eating options. Nice rooms with a breakfast option.

Breakfast was not appealing. The area has many bakeries and cafes, however. The hotel allowed us to keep bags there for free when we arrived early and when we returned, they were already in our room, which was a nice touch. The shower wasn’t very warm and the room was rather cramped.

I spent one single night here : the room was clean. the shower door does not work well ; the bedroom had enough room , I had a quiet night til 10am with no disturbance from cleaning staff.
The Checkout is a late one at 12pm and breakfast as well.
The Breakfast is at reasonable price and you can have pastries and fruits.
The Staff is helpful and I enjoyed having a discussion with the 3 staff that I met
