Hôtel Da Vinci in Paris

My experience: a little disorganized (we waited until 3:00 to get a room) Otherwise perfect, private pool, beautiful, romantic room, overall ok, a little small, but perfectly adequate for two. I'll probably come back.

I stayed here back in April (2025). It is a cute boutique hotel, in an ideal location.

A nice touch was that the lobby always had a selection of refreshments and sweet treats for the guests.

However, the main reason I wanted to post a review was to compliment the front desk service.

My trip was a very last minute business trip with little time to plan, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful with things like ordering taxis, providing directions, and even booking salon service at a local business.

My taxi driver even complimented her level of helpfulness and attention (perhaps unusual for Paris)?

I gave 4/5 for the room, but only because my particular room was a little small compared to some countries’ standards. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and the photos are representative.

Boutique Hotel. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Well located in local sector with both gender fashion emporium. Significantly, ease of travel. Some goodblocal hostelry. Situated close to Musee D' Orsay and Seine and The Louvre walkable. A chic ambience, clean and popular with many european clientelle.

Room was clean, staff were nice. We had one issue where they told us when booking our spa that we will come to your room about 10-15 minutes before. Ok so we wait and they never came, I called 5 minutes after our start time and nothing. So we go down to the reception in our spa gear and when the lady comes, we get remarks that we were supposed to stay in our room... we tried... you didn't answer or come.

Room was clean, it was very small but clean. The balcony was kind of a joke, it opens into a open area in the middle of the building and all you can see is walls.

Also the climate control didn't work. We like it colder then they do and tried setting it to 19c but it seems they turned off the cooling system. Of course we opened the window but there was a chain smoker in the room below us that made it impossible for us to keep it open(I get sick when I am around cigarette smoke)

Great location with easy access to the Louvre and shopping. Rooms are small but that’s pretty typical. Booking a massage appointment was a little challenging with limited communication when I requested an appointment. And since it’s in a communal space, there was a lot of noise and a cleaner came into the spa during my session. But the therapist was amazing and massage was great. Overall good place and value for the location.

The location was excellent—within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was lovely, and I especially loved the balcony. Everything was sparkling clean, and we were welcomed with a bottle of bubbly, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the spa water wasn’t hot enough. Also, when I asked to borrow an adaptor, the front desk offered to sell me a new one instead, which felt unusual for this kind of property.

We loved the location of this hotel situated between the left and right banks of the Seine. The hotel is romantic, cosy, stylish comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Thank you for a great visit!

The rooms are typical European small, but the beds are so comfy, excellent AC and a good shower. Our room opens to the courtyard, so there is literally zero street noise. We stayed here in 2017 and have come back because we liked it so much.
Update: came back for one more night at the end of a trip and had a balcony room. Bigger and more spacious shower and water closet. Highly recommend! All of our experiences are here have been excellent.
