Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon,
Deserve every single star and more! The staff are friendly, helpful and support. There are so many things I could say about this hotel, and how it was the BEST STAY in Paris I could ever have hoped for! I will focus on customer service. The staff here have a true understanding and appreciation of customer service. Here, you are nit just a number, you are a person that they care for. We had an absolutely dreadful time at another hotel - MERCURE GARE DE LYON (they are the worst!). Escaping to NOVOTEL GARE LYON was a blessing for us!
Now, in terms of the rooms - it was GORGEOUS! It was like an apartment, our own slice of Paris with a terrace overlooking a play park and the Gare de Lyon. The space truly was amazing -- we hated to leave! The food was superb! And the service impeccable. They have thought of everything. There is a KIDSZONE with games and TV. And, of course, the Rainforest Pool....Paradise! Thank you so much, NOVOTEL!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location and excellent management. Being situated right next to the train station made exploring the city incredibly convenient and stress-free. The hotel itself features great modern facilities, including a well-equipped gym that was perfect for a quick workout. What truly made our visit stand out, though, was the wonderful team; the staff were incredibly friendly and approached everything with a genuinely helpful attitude, always eager to assist with any request. It is a highly efficient, welcoming place that we would gladly recommend to anyone.

The shower pressure was good, but the drain was incredibly slow. Every shower felt like it was going to flood the bathroom. The location was great though, just a one-minute walk from Gare de Lyon through the hotel's back entrance.

The biggest advantage: convenient transportation! It's super convenient, just 100 meters walk from the subway station. Both the RER and metro are easily accessible, and you can get to the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe within 20 minutes. It's also very close to Gare de Lyon, about a 200-meter walk.
Room: Similar to the standard size of an Atour Hotel in China? It's not small for Paris, but it definitely feels a bit more cramped than what you'd find back home.
Decor: It's on par with Atour or Hanting hotels, definitely not luxurious.
Facilities: The pool is very, very small. In the morning, there were also many children playing, so it's better than nothing, I suppose.
Breakfast: It was alright, all Western-style breakfast, no noodle stations or anything like that.
Safety: Although it's by the train station, the surrounding area isn't as chaotic as I imagined. You need to swipe your card to enter the lobby, and there's a security guard at the front desk during the day.

Very close to gare de Lyon station Very comfortable for Paris transportation. Room is very large enough with the full buffet breakfast. Next trip , we will stay again.

I usually do not post review, but this is bad.
1. Aircon is very weak and not cool, have to open windows
2. The hair blower is spoilt
3. Power trip on 3rd day.
4. Mattress is so soft, when u sit on it, it felt like a sinking hole.

The room size was decent, enough for two suitcases, and the 1.5-meter bed was acceptable for two people. The shower water temperature was a bit low, and the pillows and duvet weren't down, so they felt a bit cool. Overall, it was acceptable.

Right outside Lyon station, which is super convenient. Breakfast was quite generous, with everything you'd expect, but it was the same every day, so it got a bit boring after two mornings.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon, made even better by the incredible staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Tsiky, who handled our check-in so smoothly. She was always there when we needed her, kept our mini-bar perfectly stocked, and I was so impressed that she even remembered our room number (209)!
I also want to thank Lucy for her help with my travel documents. She helped me print a letter for my next trip, and while we waited, we had a lovely chat. She even practiced some French with me and taught me a few new sentences!
Finally, a huge thank you to Nonthida from the housekeeping team. Although we never met in person, she took such great care of us by keeping our room spotless every single day. Her hard work behind the scenes truly contributed to our comfort. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel from Friday 13th February to Monday 16th with three friends. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel was very clean, and the bedrooms were comfortable, which made our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. Everything was well maintained and tidy.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the barman, Vincenzo. He was extremely professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the four of us had a great time. He made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. His service really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience.
We would happily stay again!
