This is the hotel's cleanliness. There's absolutely no service. Printing a water bill takes 10 minutes. Even though there were vacant rooms, they charged 55 euros for early check-in. The room was practically bare. 1300+ euros a night plus early check-in is completely unacceptable. There's only one front desk staff member, who doesn't seem to be online often. It's practically a guesthouse, no different from a typical hotel. A terrible experience.

The Eiffel Tower is right outside the hotel, making it a great location. There's a market downstairs every Thursday and Saturday morning, said to be the best in Paris, and everything you see makes you want to eat. The hotel service was excellent. We encountered a taxi strike that blocked the airport road, so we arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. The driver on duty heated up croissants for us, which was so warm!

Excellent stay with nice buffett breakfast and welcoming staff! For a 4 star hotel, it would have been nice to have a bigger and better equipped wellness/gym area, maybe an indoor pool and spa services as well.

Incredible hotel in the heart of Paris, everything new and fresh!

Fab hotel great location only about a 15/20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Near shops and restaurants.
Loved the honestly bar and lounge where you could get free tea and coffee. There was even fresh cake. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
