Very friendly staff. Clean, tasteful basic rooms with solid bathrooms and warm water with good waterpressure ;) very good choice for this price range. Also well-connected by the next metro stations. The neighbourhood offers a wide selection of very good and not too touristy (sic!) restaurants. Recommended :)

Everything was perfect, from the location near the metro – which gets you to all the city's main attractions quickly – to the room equipped with all necessary comforts. Recommended.

Located in a Quiet area, maybe a loud noise in an early morning by a Trash truck. But a room is Big and Clean, fair enough. The staff really nice, as we went in a late by a Customs Clearance, and about late to Schedule to Louvre Museum but staff contacted to the museum for helping us a information :)

Terrible experience ! I called during the night and the receptionist hung up on my face while I was checking for the accessibility for my friend! I had to call back and let him know that’s it’s rude. Heartbreaking to see that your “high standards” hotel is treating customers like that. Hire people with some training and humanity !

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very good, the area is quiet, and it’s easy to reach. There are restaurants and public transport nearby. The staff was very kind, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
We didn’t try the breakfast.
The room was nice and well equipped, and overall it met our expectations. However, a downside was that the floor and the whole building creak a lot—every step could be heard from the neighbors and vice versa. Also, the bed was in poor condition; I’m not sure if it was the mattress or the bed frame, but the nights were not very comfortable.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT GO! Wifi doesn't work, it constantly cuts out & is so weak it can't download email. I was there for work so I had to have it. Front desk agreed it is bad and said I would need another hotel. Manager would not refund my accommodation as considered it to be there. Like renting a car that doesn't drive! The photos have a shower attached to a wall. My room had a bath only with broken attachment with a hose with head in the bath & was old, not like the pictures. I had hair in the bathroom. My sheets were old so stained with hair on them (so gross). It says air conditioning but there was none working. They instead heated the room so it was roasting hot and told me to open my window when it was noisy outside. I had to stay one night bc I arrived so late & internet wouldn't work to find anywhere else! The front desk are lovely, the Manager is dishonest. They wouldn't give a refund when I had to leave the hotel bc of these bad conditions, which is so upsetting. Do not stay.

Wifi cuts out at the hotel constantly and is weak. Could not work. My room was unclean with dirty sheets. My bathroom broken with no shower on wall, only a hose in bath, unlike advertised pictures. Aircon was promoted which also did not work. I was told to open the window which was noisy. I had to leave the hotel as it was a business trip and the Manager refused to refund the balance of my stay. I stayed one night as arrived late from a 14hr flight and the wifi wouldn't work to find anywhere else. Front desk was lovely and agreed wifi didn't work. Manager lied to say since occasionally connects she considers working so won't refund. Do not support a business without ethics.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with air conditioning and an elevator – amenities that are hard to come by. Great neighborhood. The bathroom was also excellent! We really enjoyed our stay!

Decent, but poorly soundproofed and the Wi-Fi was awful.
The ground floor room was really disappointing. It was very noisy (due to the front desk, housekeeping, etc.). I was woken up at 6 AM on a Saturday by someone playing loud music from a speaker...
What's more, mobile signal was very weak on the ground floor, and since the Wi-Fi was also extremely poor, getting a good connection was difficult.
The room itself was clean (though there were a few ants). The shower wasn't great either (leaky hose and the door didn't close properly).
However, the hotel's location is good, situated on a quiet street but with plenty of dining options and the metro nearby.
