Crowne Plaza Paris République in Paris

Facilities: The fridge was broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The cabinet door was also broken. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient with 5 subway lines right outside.

The room is spacious enough for kids to run around. Good for family. Amy was very helpful!

Wonderful Stay at the Crowne Plaza Paris – Excellent Service and Spacious Comfort

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Paris. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very spacious, comfortable rooms — which can be rare to find in Paris! Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.

What really stood out during our stay was the exceptional service. One evening, as we were heading out for dinner, I was having trouble narrowing down restaurant options. Gaylord, a staff member at the front desk, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to help me choose a great restaurant and even mapped out the safest and most efficient metro route to get there. His advice made a big difference, and the restaurant he recommended ended up being perfect. I really appreciated his kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

The breakfast service was also excellent — great variety, fresh options, and lovely staff.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, whether for business or leisure. The service, space, and comfort made our stay worthwhile.

Due to a language barrier and an intern at the front desk, there was a mix-up, and I ended up being charged for my room rate again. I later discovered that paying for the four nights directly at the front desk was actually 1200 RMB cheaper than my Ctrip booking. (Neither rate included breakfast.)

Ctrip was truly disappointing...
It brings to mind the saying, 'It's always your own people who deceive you.'

My advice is to buy breakfast directly at the front desk; otherwise, you might be charged more by third parties.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris.
The bar staff was SO friendly and helpful. Overall, was a great hotel to stay in.

**Location**: Situated in Place de la République, right in central Paris, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a metro station directly outside the hotel entrance.
**Service**: The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff! Special praise for Aida at the front desk – her empathy and care were exceptional, especially after our daughter's airport accident (broken lip/tooth). Aida made everything smoother. Also, big thanks to Joyce in the restaurant! Her daily warm greetings, reserved tables, and genuine concern for our daughter's tooth updates made us feel so welcome and at home.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located, but it's people like Aida and Joyce who make it truly special and far exceed expectations. We spent a wonderful week here and will definitely be back.

The room was a decent size, and the facilities were perfectly adequate. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right by a subway station served by multiple lines, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was also varied and substantial. While the square just outside sometimes saw demonstrations or performances, and there were a few homeless individuals sleeping rough, the strong police presence made me feel quite safe.
