My friend like hotel location but hotel reception asked for more money for tax city and insisted to get it with same booking credit card

The hotel service is very average, and there is almost no choice for breakfast. If I hadn't accidentally booked a non-refundable one, I would definitely not stay here, and I will never stay here next time.

After many attempts, they never allowed us to have access to the room earlier than 3pm even if one of us was not feeling well.
Last but not least, we never had the chance to have access to the spa as it was closed as “an issue happened and the spa is not open anymore” unfortunately it was not mentioned when I booked the room.
On the other hand, we stayed at the breakfast late and the balcony was nice.

Lovely boutique hotel, rooms small but perfect with great products , staff extremely friendly & helpful. Travelled with my 22yr old daughter, her friend & mum, we had a fabulous trip & would definitely return to this hotel.

Unfortunately it was all pretty terrible.
The hotel looks like a two star, the rooms (I had a superior one I can't imagine the others) are old and quite dirty, in the bathroom I had a plastic shower curtain... just to give you an idea.
Breakfast to absolutely avoid, location not if you like to move around by public transport, on foot you are far from everything and with Uber you spend a fortune.
SPA not even tried.
We were welcomed by a slipper forgotten in the elevator that remained there for three days.
Too bad it was for my boyfriend's birthday I was hoping for a hotel like the one in the photo.

The hotel is not located in the very city center, but it has convenient access to many attractions via Line 1. The breakfast was quite basic and not particularly delicious, but overall, the stay was comfortable.

The facilities at the facility were also excellent.

The hotel is extremely well placed to visit Paris.
The staff is attentive and gives good advice.
The rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the bedding is perfect.
The hotel is very quiet and the breakfasts are perfect both in terms of savoury and sweet options.
We will come back with great pleasure
