this hotel is actually insane in the worst possible way. like… how are you even open ? we literally found a RAT in our room. not a “maybe we heard something” situation but an actual rat and it hid in one of my friends backppack! and when we went to reception, they LAUGHED at us, laughed. didnt take us seriously at all like it was funny?? after arguing with them they finally gave us a refund and promised to move us to another hotel at the same price and cover a taxi because it was super late and we all girls. basic safety right? wrong. the taxi driver didnt even speak any english and then demanded money from us when we arrived. so clearly they sent an non-english-speaker taxi on purpose to make us pay. and then the new hotel? DOUBLE the price. no booking no arrangement nothing. also they never even asked for our ids. like hello??? thats straight up unsafe. so there we were midnight, stranded, all girls, dragging luggage around Paris trying to figure out where to go because this place decided to scam us instead of doing the bare minimum. this wasnt just a bad experience, it felt genuinely unsafe and completely irresponsible. if you value your health, safety, your money, or literally your sanity, stay FAR away from this place!!!!!

It was also shocking that no identification was requested at check-in, which raises serious safety concerns. Overall, this was handled terribly from start to finish and completely ruined our stay. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

We were told that a taxi would be covered and that the alternative hotel would cost the same, but neither of these promises were kept. We ended up paying significantly more. Additionally, the lack of basic security procedures was alarming, as no proper identification or passport was checked during check-in. After all this, communication was cut off completely, with no refund or attempt to address the situation. Overall, a very negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
