I booked this last minute and I can for sure say my expectations based on the pictures from the website were not what I encountered. I arrived quite late and firstly got confused with the location. Again expectations were too high. Generally the room was clean and had all the basics you’d expect from a hotel room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice . There were plenty of clean towels.
I was assigned room 11 on the first floor. My room had no view; it was directly facing two other buildings and once the window blinds were open basically the people in the other buildings could see right into the room. Even in the bathroom.
I had been overcharged at check in but managed to get it sorted and got my refund at checkout. But I don’t know if it was value for money. But then again it may be because prices in Paris are generally higher than other cities.

We went yo Paris for a conference and so we chosed the Element hotel because of it location, presentation and price. We weren not disappointed. We arrived early but was well received and an attempt was made to get us a room as quickly as possible. We were given a new studio just across the street, which was clean and had a mini kitchen. We liked it very much. The staff Estiban(spanish) was very helpful. I would return for sure. (Forgive me if i wrote the wrong name.🙏🏼) Thanks again! Camille & Natalia

Fair price for good location. My one complaint: Rooms are not sound proof at all. Paris being the city of love, it is necessary to soundproof rooms. Ear plugs didn’t help much and we could hear our neighbours on both sides ALL night. Other than that, Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Near shops, metro.
Beautiful room. Thin walls😉Nice price for this super hotel. Parking is expensive but super handy. Receptionist first one: loved reggae and is super outgoing. The second was introverted but also super nice. Service with a smile. They make the Paris Experians unforgettable. Thank you guy's. Till next year.

A good place to stay
Small, quite, clean and modern hotel, Goncourt metro station 2 minutes to go and bus station line no. 75 is so close.

Helpful and kind Receptionist .... room with TV, water boiler, tea, sugar and Nescafe .... private bath room but there is no refrigerator in my room

The republique palace is less than 10 minutes walk ... there is many restaurants such as KFC, McDonald's and Buffalo Grill

A market is near the hotel and many coffee shops around

Room Tip: Room 31 is small one with back yard view

Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes y acogedoras , cuenta con regadera de presión, te incluye el desayuno buffet pagando €12 más, queda cerca de la estación del metro , el servicio es cordial pero si te toca el recepcionista francés rubio tienes suerte es muy amable

Room and bathroom were clean. Room was good sized and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel withing easy walking distance of the Metro and really good coffee. Would stay here again
