We stayed here for 8 days and found it very pleasing. It is within walking distance to most every place we wanted to visit on our first trip to Paris. Rooms are nice and clean, All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with reservations and other questions.The hostess, Johanna, was pleasant and offered much assistance. Loved the included breakfast and freshly made omelettes. A different specialty pastry each morning. We are going to stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Our first time staying at this hotel. It is an excellent location. We had a delicious breakfast and Samuel took excellent care of us on our last day. The rooms are a little worn down to the traffic, but clean.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to many attractions/stores. Reasonably priced for the holiday peak season. The junior suite is huge for Paris's standard and totally worth the upgrade. Room is a bit outdated but clean and well maintained. The room is actually very sound proof compared to majority of the hotels with similar star level over US. Staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is great and fueled us up for a full day of walking!

The hotel offers very good overall quality and is located in an excellent area – perfect for shopping and an ideal base for exploring Paris. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach.
The breakfast is very good with a wide selection. A special mention goes to Jannah, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and very helpful in the breakfast area.
The only aspect that could be improved are the rooms. They should be gradually upgraded and brought up to the usual Melia standard.

Great location, but the overall experience was disappointing. Communication with the staff was difficult, and basic items like shower slippers and enough towels for a family room were only provided after asking. They couldn’t understand a simple request for a UK–EU plug adapter. There was constant noise from above us — as if someone was walking or some kind of work was happening — at all hours, making it hard to rest. When we asked for directions to a pharmacy, they sent us to an address where no pharmacy existed. On our last night, the fire alarm went off for no reason and everyone had to gather in the lobby.
Although the location is excellent, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this hotel.

Room wasn’t cleaned despite sending a reminder to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day. When informed the staff, they tried to blame me indicating that I must have left the Do Not Disturb sign (that wasn’t the case and I had, in fact, left the Clean My Room sign). Also, weekend breakfast ends at 11:00 am and the wait staff very rudely asked us to leave the restaurant at 10.55 am. I can understand that they would want to clear the food but to ask people who are still eating to leave is bizarre and the rudeness on top of it was unnecessary. Feels more like a 2* hotel - the only 4* aspect of this hotel is its location.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is extremely helpful and service oriented. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff both at the breakfast restaurant and at the bar. At breakfast, Juana, Marie, and Alexander and others were excellent. Location, service, staff, helpfulness all get a five star rating. Now to the physical aspects of the hotel and specifically our room 216. The room is in major need of renovation. Furniture is old as well as the carpet. Television did not work properly. It was reported but nothing improved. No washcloths provided and when we inquired we were told no washcloths were used in the hotel. This was a first for us! There is very little storage space and the closet was quite small. You’re definitely due for a major renovation!

Excellent location. Property is a little tired but the rooms are spacious. No room service but you can order at the bar (delicious food) and bring it to your room yourself. Outstanding staff very helpful with bookings and providing assitance.
