The front desk staff were quite friendly. There's a small bar and restaurant downstairs, and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you're easily cold, pack extra layers as there's no heating, but the air conditioning helps.

Terrible. The room was tiny, service was awful, and it's definitely not worth it.

The welcome drink at the entrance was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The room was unique with a pointed ceiling. The coffee provided in the room was excellent. The French charm and romance made for a comfortable stay. There are also many restaurants nearby, with plenty of Sichuan cuisine options just a short walk away. You can even walk to the banks of the Seine River!

Such a good basic hotel for exploring Paris. A little far from metro stations but easy to get to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small but does the job for a few nights

I arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay, and some issue with the trains. The staff on reception were very understanding and reassuring.
I stayed in a pleasant small single bed room on the 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom immaculately clean. There was a kettle, tea bags and milk satchels provided.
Check out is at 11am. For a reasonable fee the hotel provides a left luggage service.
The position is quite convenient to the Gare du Nord (approx 20 minute walk) and very near buses, cafes etc.
Highly recommended.

Had a great experience staying at Marena. I was a bit skeptical as the Google Reviews are on the lower side, but thankfully my stay was very pleasant! The room was small but clean and got everything I needed. The staff were super nice and attentive. The location is also pretty good and centered, it was quite a long walk, but still reachable for a walking distance to/from Gare Du Nord making it easier to commute to/from the CDG airport. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe to walk around the area from early morning to late night. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

A pretty decent hotel, but the manager behave strange some times, like trying to refuse a simple favor like calling a taxi cab even for people with lots of bags. Also there is no "Don't disturb" sign for the doors (which created an awkward situation when the maid tried to open the door while we were changing clothes even though we said to wait.) Good for English speakers anyway since the guys at the cointer speak English.
Maybe a few changes...
