Staff are excellent. Hotel newly renovated but some issues, e.g. second bedroom AC not working so had to keep door open.

Elegant rooms, quiet location Attention to details was missing ( slow flush toilets, no soap, slow room service, no breakfast). Not value for the high price.

Good/very good location. Staff were fine. The room was clearly newly furnished. But no restaurant or bar and the local cafes were nothing special. Lots of minor teething issues. Safe was broken, plug to wash basin did not open, not enough coat hangers, espresso machine but no milk in the hotel. Should improve once they have sorted themselves out but at present over-rated.
