My trip was disrupted by the strikes, and the hotel showed extraordinary kindness and professionalism in finding a fair resolution. The rooms are small but clean. However if on the street side its very noisy. We had to open the window because the staff did not know how to start the air conditioning function. The breakfast was okay (not worth 19 euros each) and then my husband saw a mouse! The reaction: Paris has so many mice. Really? We have traveled extensively and have never had that experience. Not a hotel i would return to.

We loved our weekend stay in this hotel! The location was great for us and a really nice area of Paris, close to multiple metro stations and with plenty of local bakeries for breakfast and small shops if we needed them! The people on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy - would definitely return if we come back to Paris!

The hotel was nice and in a good area. Our air-conditioning broke and staff was unhelpful. Service was never called and no fan was provided. We were on the top floor and it was July so very warm even at night. Staff did not seem to care. Electrical could also use to be updated. Otherwise, the hotel was clean.

If your into high end shopping the hotel is well situated and there several nice cafés close by for morning coffee however the first room the mini fridge was broken and the safe inoperable so they change our room and the second safe was broken and the fridge cool at best. The front desk staff were very friendly though i belive better accomidations could be had for the $400 plus nightly rate.
