We spent a week at Hotel du Cygne in late September. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of central Paris. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. It was the 2nd time we have used the hotel.

While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. We found the staff extremely helpful and would happily stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveller & first ever visit to Paris. I opted for the simple room with a shared bathroom and it all was very clean and good facilities. Location is perfect as well as most of the things I wanted to see were within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly too and the 24/7 reception was a great addition; I will definitely book here again for my next visit.

Great little hotel. As I was out for most of the days, it was a fantastic place to rest and have a quiet evening in. The staff were very friendly, accommodating.
So close to many great restaurants and bars. Transportation is so easy to access, and such a walkable area.

This small hotel quaint hotel operates in a very old building full of character. It’s a simple but comfortable and spotless clean. It’s located in the lively heat of Les Marais, bursting with restaurants, small shops, and people.

This was my second stay at Hotel du Cygne and in both cases the staff have been most helpful in trying circumstances. The fact that there is a 24h presence at reception helps a lot, particularly since there is no lift. Unfortunately, apparently not being aware of my age (80) they put me on the 3rd floor, so for those with imperfect mobility, note that they offer to put people on the first floor on request. The plus points are the lively pedestrian area right in the middle of Paris, the helpful staff and the excellent continental breakfast. My room was comfortable and clean, if a bit cramped, and the building certainly has character. I would come here again, if I can afford it!

We were a little bit unsure of the hotel prior to arrival. The bathroom was a little small, but overall such a cute historic hotel in such an amazing location. Walkable to almost all attractions! Staff was amazinggg!!

Hidden gem close to everything!
We had a lovely time staying at hotel du cygne. It was easy to find from the Metro station and in an incredible location with access to all major Paris landmarks. There was no AC in the room but a very powerful fan so it felt cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always available if you had questions. They spoke in both French and English. Thank you for the lovely stay!
