Hotel Terminus Orleans in Paris

The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently. The only thing is you have to hand in your room key every time you leave (the front desk said it's for safety). I saw a review on Trip.com about someone losing valuables, so I kept my passport and other important items with me at all times and locked both my suitcase and carry-on. Luckily, I didn't lose anything. Even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, they still cleaned the room daily, and it was always spotless when I returned. It was very quiet at night, couldn't hear any other sounds, and no one disturbed me in the morning, which was very comfortable.

The room is clean and well-equipped

I was able to get to the main tourist spots by bus, so I never had to take the subway. The room was small, but compact and had everything I needed. The nearby bakery and Franprix were very convenient. The area seemed a little unsafe after dark, so I recommend returning to the hotel by around 8pm. Also, if you're sensitive to noise, it's a good idea to bring earplugs with you when you sleep, as the noise can be a bit loud. Considering the low price and the convenience of transportation, I was very satisfied!

Conveniently located near the metro station. Bus stops are also nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was great.

Location is great, the metro station for M4 line is just outside the hotel. It was very convenient to travel to Gare de l'Est (30 mins) and to the airport (1hr with an interchange). Room was slightly small but clean. Overall it was a great stay.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! Not only were the rooms and amenities excellent, but Maureen and JB truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. They were so attentive and proactive, helping us with every little detail. Their kindness made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I will try to keep this review as short as I can, but also as I promised myself to the receptionists before I left, that I would put as much detail as possible, but I have to say it straightforward, this is the best hotel I have ever visited and I would honestly just like to thank everyone who works there. I absolutely recommend this hotel, the staff is extremely receptive and will always be there to help you.

Mercure Hotel, one if not the most outstanding place I have ever stayed in, it not just "outstanding" it is absolutely amazing and fantastic, this should be the role model that hotels follow and to get in perspective I have visited and given reviews to many places before and I have never seen this much quality and everything you could ever ask for in a hotel.

Starting with the staff, probably the best reception I have ever received anywhere, they are super friendly and always willing to answer questions about the city or help you with anything, whatever your question is or issue they will try to help you solve it, and I would just like to thank all those who received us and helped us during our stay

Now the location of the hotel is also very good, it will give you a nice view of the street and it is located right near the metro station, which just allows you to walk out of the hotel and go anywhere you want in the city and not to forget there are some restaurants near the hotel and also some small markets, even a tram station is available near the hotel, so going around the city will not be a problem if your staying here, specially with the fact the metro station that is near the hotel, I do recommend you ask them for the hotel card or even a map if you're not from around, which they will not mind giving you one if in need!

Now the rooms, they're absolutely amazing one if not the best bedroom I have ever stayed in, the beds are very comfortable and there's a TV which you can watch the news, the room is also very quiet, they did an outstanding job on controlling the sound because as soon as you open the window, that's the only time you can hear anything going on, you can still hear a bit of the environment, but it's the great type of quiet. There's also a toilette in the bathroom and a wardrobe, and even a long table ( which is where the TV is ) that you can put stuff on, or use your computer on. but just know this, It's amazing and of course some of the rooms may be different than the one I was in.

I have to mention that this is a very high quality hotel, they have a cafeteria on the ground floor and a very unique reception and comfortable chairs, there's also a part of the reception which sells snacks and foods and then there's a cafeteria and a internet cafe and let me just say that the breakfast here is amazing! they have a lot to offer each breakfast, from waffles to croissants and a lot more from what I can type here.

So yes, as you may guess by my review, I absolutely recommend this place, as for the price, it is worth every cent from the quality I received, I even met a few fellas from the US there! so if you're looking for a hotel to be in while visiting Paris, I recommend checking this hotel out as it will add even more into your experience and the quality of life this place offers is just well done.
