Hotel Mercedes in Paris

Lovely comfortable hotel very well situated and only a few minutes walk from a very serviceable line 3 at Wagram Metro additionally only a twenty minute walk down the Ave de Wagram to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is a very well cared for and our room was well appointed and comfortable. Staff make you feel welcome and were really helpful and friendly. A good choice available for breakfast and we were well looked after by Sangeita. Five star rating across the board and would recommend the Hotel Mercedes to anyone looking for accommodation on the North Bank.

Stayed for 3 nights, the rooms clean and tidy with everything you need. Very quiet of an evening so ideal for a good night's sleep. Short 3 min walk to Metro. The reception staff where superb and made everything easy when booking in, very pleasant and make you feel welcome. The corridors are a little dated ( but you don't sleep in them). Overall myself and my wife would recommend and will booking again. Added bonus the restaurant opposite was superb with great food at a reasonable price.

Lovely staff, especially Victoria on reception. She was so helpful explaining all the local amenities. Rooms were clean and of a good size. We had the deluxe. Location was great and its really close to Wagram Metro station. I would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was great. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and always welcoming. The only downside was that there was only one elevator, which could mean a bit of waiting during busy times. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is a beautiful art deco building, newly renovated with care. All the rooms are exterior to the street which to me is a great asset (I hate rooms to interior gloomy patios). The staff was also very friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are well equiped and the breakfast is a nice buffet.
Overall really great stay and I recommend the place highly.

My only comments to "improve" or bear in mind... there were some strange white curtains on the room window that I had to remove because they are not operable, nothing bad, just a bit strange, then I got the nice street view.
Right now the rooms are pristine and newly renovated, but I fear that the interior finishes with so much carpet and velvet wall finishes might be difficult to mantain pristine in the long run.

Nice, comfortable hotel in the center of Paris. Rooms well equipped, comfortable bed. Close to the Wagram metro station. Polite service. I got the room well before the time!:))

Professional, pleasant and respectful team.

The location is close to the subway station, and the neighborhood feels very safe at night. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room decoration style is warm and beautiful, with a high-end dark red feel. There is a dedicated luggage storage area. Everything is perfect!

The hot water stopped working in the middle of the night on January 1st, but after looking into it, I found out that this is a common occurrence in Paris, so it doesn't seem like the hotel is at fault.
They clean the room every day, so it's very clean.
Everything you need is provided.
