Agate Hotel in Paris

Tiny room no space to pass along end the bed without touching the television.!!
The bathroom is so small that your knees are touching the wall . No place to put your stuff only on the sink.
No supporting rail to come out of the bath!
The room was smelling to strong of paint.
I asked the guy on the desk if the had other rooms and said this was the biggest room they had,speaking aggressive. I suppose that if Mr Chery had heard this he could not believe his ears.
Than the WiFi went off, the service man at the desk said there is nothing what they could do..
Coming back late at night the other man at the desk I asked what about the WIFI he said his colleague has not told him anything about the problem…
We were here 2 years ago for 5 days and had a great time with friendly staff and a wonderful room..
This time it was a real disappointment, so people be sure you know this is suppose to be a 3 star hotel. But with toilet so narrow , I cannot see people sitting comfortable to do their thing.
The hotel is comfortable close to the metro lines and buses and having a wonderfully bakery and a lovely le Dalou restaurant this about the thing that makes us happy. I understand that you want to make a business Mr Chery but get good hotel advisors in your next job. It must be very frustration for you to have unhappy customers and I do not say guests because that is not how we felt treated….

The hotel is situated on a busy main road with the traffic noise it is impossible to sleep with the windows open. The walls are paper thin guests in next rooms can be heard word for word! Room 25 bathroom is tiny navigating the shower cubicle is impossible if you aren’t a size zero!
The staff are welcoming and helpful, The breakfast adequate.
Location is good for Metro and Trains to the Main attractions and Disneyland Paris.
