The hotel has a great location (quiet area but close to many neccessities). The rooms are big and spacious and have lovely facilities. We recommend having breakfast in the beautiful dining room. The staff is serviceminded and polite and they were so kind to send me some belongings that I forgot at checkout. We had originally booked another 4 star hotel near by which was awfull, so changing to this hotel completely saved our whole vacation. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location,clean helpful and friendly staff. The fridge in the room needed replacing as it was under performing. Breakfast good value. Only issue miserable front desk male. No smile

Very pleasant hotel located in a quiet part of the city. Practically no overnight noise which is a rarity in Paris. Strangely when we checked in, a member of staff appeared to be convalescing in the room? We also had the wrong bill applied to us when checking out, with a large list of charges we hadn’t accrued. It was resolved in the end and overall was a lovely clean, quiet hotel with decent amenities and a great location.

One is often worried when staying at an unknown hotel in Paris. Travellers have frequently arrived and found the accommodation shocking despite promises and reviews. Happily this was not the case at the Bedford. The small hotel turned out to be great value. The room larger than what one is used to in Paris. The service at reception also fantastic and bar service also very good. The hotel is also very well situated and in walking distance of some of Paris good shopping areas and sites.

I really liked the location, it was quiet but still quite close to the main sightseeing places. Very clean, and quite spacious for Paris. There is a beautiful restaurant and a bar, we had some drinks in the bar, the service was great. Next time I am definitely staying there again. On the video and photos you can see some view from the hotel room windows, lobby and inner garden of the hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bedford. The neighborhood is perfect - quiet, but centrally located. Our room was very nice with a big beautiful window that opened outward European-style. Most of the staff were very lovely, and the concierge gave us great restaurant recommendations and got us tickets to Palais Garnier when they were sold out online, which we very much appreciated. The hotel has a wonderful, authentic French feel - small enough to feel like a traditional, locally owned hotel, but big enough to have the amenities you need. We would definitley stay here again.

The staff has been here for years and are the best I have ever worked with in a major city. The Concierge staff is the best of the best - Eric (33yrs), Jeff, Greg and the entire front desk are 5+ star. Tickets, restaurants, shopping and tours will be arranged with perfect detail.

I booked this hotel for a family trip with my three children. When I went up to receive my key, the man at the front desk denied access because we were four people instead of three. Even though, I specifically booked for four people. Me and my three children. Normally, I would have found a hotel nearby. but I had already paid 1.5k for my stay here. The man then started cursing me out in French. Then, a wonderful white family of four walked in and got the keys to their room immediately. we are people of color, and did not receive the keys to our already paid room, unless we paid an extra $240

Beautiful hotel with really good location. A short walk to the metro, the Opera and Galeries Lafayette. The breakfast was delicious even though the buffet didn’t have too many options to choose from. The soundproofing was not perfect, I could hear people talking in the hallway outside our room. The AC in our rooms worked well. Our rooms had views over the top of the Eiffel tower, that was a positive surprise. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️
