Friendly owner. Speaks good English. The rooms are old fashioned but well maintained and clean. Very near to the metro. Surprised to see alot of negative reviews. You get what you paid. Don't expect too much. Are you coming to Paris to just sit in your room?

This hotel, if we can call it an “hotel” it’s disgusting, the room are like from 1970, we found hairs in our bed the bathroom was dirty everywhere and when we asked for a change they said it wasn’t their problem, we had to sleep a night in this hotel and it was a nightmare, we paid 69€ with taxes, a huge scam for what we got, hope it will be closed for igenic and disgusting service.

The person at reception was very nice but the rooms were ok

Just to wash myself to sleep And leave my things? Perfect💯👍 next to very big Metro and train station,Shops and snack Bars also just behind the corner. For one night trip is enough. Thank You for nice service 🙂

Good for us because you get a very cheap room.

You get a small TV, an old bed, an en-suite (small shower, hot water), all in your own room, and the people are relatively nice. Not fancy in the slightest, but cheap and only 3 mins walk to a main train station (metro and RER trains).
Downsides = damp sheets, and thin walls (noisy).

Rather low standard, rooms and bathrooms are small. The hotel is not situated in the main street but there is still very noisy. Moreover, you can hear what is going on in other rooms.
It is to recommend to people who are looking for a rather not expensive accomodation and can get a good night's sleep regardless of surrounding noise.

You get what you pay for. Basic as anything, noisy neighbours, not as central as you might think. Would've much preferred to spend a bit more for the ibis hotel round the corner, at least that is slightly more central and would be more noise proof with better WiFi. Here the WiFi doesn't work, shower is gross and they haven't changed the sheets the whole time we've been here. However, staff are really friendly and helpful and the metro isn't too far.

The rooms were small but adequate for our purposes. The bathrooms were small but functional and there is a great little cafe/bar down the street.
