Edit: I don’t know where you checked or what searches you did to see that I leave negative reviews. And even if I do, it’s absolutely normal for people to know what they are paying for. And what do you have to say about the fact that you have the most awful staff, completely rude?

For the 100 euros per night that I paid, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be spoken to with respect, not to have dirt everywhere, and to have a decent breakfast. You ask for a lot but offer nothing—that should be your slogan.

Disappointing is an understatement… I have been to many countries, but I have never felt as unwelcome as I did in this hotel. The room had no fridge. The shower was basically the entire bathroom—when I took a shower, the water stayed all over the floor, making it difficult to stand there without slippers. They should have at least provided a mop or something.

The window let in drafts because it didn’t close properly. And as for the reception staff, I have no words—the most disgusting people I have ever encountered in my life. We asked for a fork from the kitchen because we had bought some pastries, and the answer was a firm no. Whatever we asked for or needed to use, the answer was always no.

There was no designated smoking area except outside, on the ground floor. And breakfast? Just croissants, butter, jam, and coffee. For the amount of money we paid, it was truly disappointing. But overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my life—and the worst experience in this country. I will definitely never return.

If you order car parking together with your stay do put 150 euro on top of the stated price.

When arriving at hotel I was told that I would NOT get the parking I had ordered one week before and was left to street parking, 150 euro for 6 hours.
The employee tried unsuccessfully to help and local manager, she had no intension to help and showed no costumer care competance neither to me nor to other costumers with problems with there stay.

My recommendation:
Find a new and better local manager and step-up administration.

Prepare yourself for cold douches caused by lack of hot water.

Would 100% not recommend staying here. Pretty sure I got an infection from my bed because I’m not sure else I would’ve gotten it besides where I was sleeping. Disgusting. Feels like you’re staying in a hospital.

Chicken was raw, potato was raw, loads of hair in the food, broccoli was moldy and when I asked for a new portion that would be up to standard, they replied, "no that looks fine" absolutely disgusting food don't get food from here. Also was black mold everywhere.
