Mnil Bon Temps in Paris

When we got to the room we noticed that there was mold on the bathroom roof.The next morning we woke up and the bathroom floor was all wet cause dirty water that was dripping from the roof,it was disgusting . The driping spot was excactly in front of the toilet seat and we couldnt use the toilet so we placed a glass 250 ml that could easily fill in half an hour(the water was dripping very fastly) The reception guy told us that he would move us to another room so we packed our staff but when we came back at 22h the cafe(cause there is no reception only the bar from the cafe) was closed and our baggage were at our room.They had only placed a towel at the dripping spot that had been very wet. Next morning they told us that the hotel was full and promised that they would move us so we came back at 21.00 and nothing had changed again.The other reception guy was very rude and ironic to us while we were really calm.He told us that we must had left the keys there before we leave so they could make the change(nobody had told us) and that they only had one key from the room!(how can a hotel have only one key-what happens if we lose it? we sleep in a bench?) Next morning we spoke with the hotel boss and he insured us that they would make the change after 12h so he gave us the key of a new room at the same floor and we returned our key.We arrived at 22h and unlocked the door from our new room and there were luggage of other people there so we tried to open our old room with the same key AND WE COULD! ONE SINGLE KEY COULD OPEN DIFFERENT ROOMS! We realized that we had been cheated and told lies.I spoke with the hotel boss and we told us that we could move to a new room and that other customes would stay in our room(unbelieavable cause they had to fix the water problem first) We couldnt use our room properly so we left at 9 and returned at 22h, we were forced to breath the humidity that its totally unhealthy but nobody cared. The reception guys english was lower than average

No servicing of rooms, everything itches, overpriced, pictures create the illusion of clean. Yuck.
