What surprised me the most, however, was the exceptional level of service. In a hotel of this size, service can sometimes feel impersonal, but that was absolutely not the case here. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The breakfast and restaurant staff deserve special recognition. Their dedication, professionalism, and attentiveness to guests’ needs were outstanding and made each morning a real pleasure.
Overall, this hotel delivers both elegance and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend Hôtel du Collectionneur and would be delighted to stay here again.
Even before we arrived, the service was exceptional. Giulia, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond via email and WhatsApp to help me organise a surprise for my girlfriend. From champagne and rose petals in the room, to an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, everything was handled so thoughtfully and seamlessly. She genuinely made our stay feel incredibly special before we had even set foot in the hotel, truly outstanding service.
On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Harun at reception, who was equally fantastic. He made us feel instantly at home, helped us with breakfast arrangements, and organised a late checkout, which made the whole experience even more relaxed and enjoyable.
The location is perfect, the room was beautiful, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Honestly, everything about this stay was amazing, from the service to the atmosphere to the attention to detail.
We cannot wait to come back to Paris and will 100% be staying at Hotel du Collectionneur again. Absolutely top-class service and a truly memorable experience.
A very special shoutout to Yohann from the breakfast room – his customer service is truly phenomenal! He went above and beyond to take care of our whole family, always greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine care made our mornings something to look forward to each day. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests feel at home.

A big thank you to the team for all the arrangements made in advance - everything was perfectly organised. They even helped me to deliver a Christmas card to each member of the group at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated by everyone.
We arrived around noon and check-in wasn’t until 4pm, but they kindly stored all our luggage without any issue, making things much easier for our group.
The hotel itself is lovely: a great bar, beautiful rooms, and excellent service throughout.
Thank you again to the whole team, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris!
