Hotel Rendez-Vous Batignolles in Paris

Hotel Rendez vous is in a quiet location and is inexpensive for Paris. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Clichy metro station. We stayed 4 nights for a couples weekend. The bathroom offered very hot water and great water pressure. We stayed in the 2nd building which was a few doors down from the main building. This was not an issue for us, but you might not want to walk outside if it is pouring raining. There is no safe in the room to lock passports in. The only issue I had was the air conditioner; it was filthy. We stayed in September during a 85 degree heat wave. The mini split AC blew black dust (or black mold) on to my side of the bed all night. This made my eyes itch. I attached pictures of the black dust. I did not figure out what the black dust on the sheets was until the morning we checked out so I did not have the opportunity to tell the front desk about it. I recommend the hotel clean the AC mini splits.
The breakfast is located in the basement of the main building and included hot items such as eggs and sausage. It featured gourmet coffee and many types of pastries.
