No more croissants or pains au chocolat when I arrived for breakfast at 10 am this morning. 'Sorry, we don't have any left and we can't go get you more, we had a lot of people this morning!' Unacceptable!!!

There was a very friendly and professional receptionist there. Every time I saw her, she had a smile on her face. I highly recommend her.

The reception staff on the first floor were very welcoming, and there was a coffee machine and tea bags available for use. The room was small and exquisite, and the water pressure in the shower was quite strong. The only thing to note is that check-out time is 11:00 AM.

The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel's location was extremely convenient for visiting major attractions. The only downside was the small size of the single rooms and the small bathroom in the double rooms, but given its central location in Paris, this is understandable.

We booked a night before heading out to Versaille. They did not have our reservation even though we had the email confirmation. They were also fully booked so we had to hurray and find another hotel quickly. Not ideal.

The location is decent, not too noisy in the alley, but there's an unpleasant smell from the alleyway. The facilities include a four-star coffee machine, but the room heating is inadequate; the central heating wasn't on, only the air conditioner was working, so it was warm upstairs but very cold downstairs. It was very clean, but the single room shower was small, mainly because it wasn't wide enough; even as a woman, I had a hard time, let alone a man. The staff were warm and friendly; the restaurant staff and cleaning ladies all provided smiling service. However, the cleaning lady knocked on the door before midnight check-out time, which is unusual for hotels! The hotel should be mindful of this!

Reading the comments I understood that it’s not a great hotel, but the location makes it worth it. Unfortunately I didn’t expect to find such terrible service at the reception, the staff was impolite, not caring to give instructions or help. Most of the time they just completely ignore us.

People commenting have never visited Paris and/or have never traveled before.

I’m generally quite difficult with hotels and this one is really cute, the personal is nice, everything is clean and there is AC (and a silent one).
The room I was in was spacious, clean and quiet and the location is one of the best in Paris.

Surprise surprise Americans, when you go to France… the TV is French.

Was here just for business but loved my stay here and will come back! 🌟

There is little to like about this hotel. We were put in Room 1, which is on street level adjacent to the reception. Consequently we could hear every sniffle of the night receptionist. The bathroom had sliding glass doors which meant you could see your partner using the shower or toilet. The room was hot but the air con was locked on a setting that was unbearably cold so could only be used in short spurts. The window had bars for security but could not be opened because of the noise. Worst of all, we found ourselves locked inside the hotel on one occasion with no means of escape - a death trap in the event of a fire. To top it all, the receptionist shouted at us for daring to try to open the door and get out! Absolutely awful stay, not recommended.
