Hotel Floride Etoile in Paris

I recently traveled to Paris and stayed at the Floride Étoile by Elysée Hotels, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional—kind, welcoming, and truly lovely from the moment we arrived.

Our room was spotless and well cared for, with daily housekeeping that made our stay very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice bar and dining area, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Paris.

One staff member went above and beyond in every way—Alain. When our luggage was delayed in the United States, Alain helped us locate stores for toiletries and clothing, recommended excellent restaurants and museums, and even took photos of us before heading out for the day. His humor, warmth, and genuine care made our trip even more special, and I will truly miss him.

We had the best experience at this hotel. This was out first visit to Paris and we selected the hotel based on proximity to attractions and dining. The room served it purpose. Clean and comfortable. The staff however was outstanding!! Our housekeeper went up and beyond by lifting heavy suitcases to clean and make our beds. We left in a rush and didn’t get a chance to pack up and tidy the room before our reservations. Our housekeeper did all that and we were so thankful for a made bed and clean room. The desk attendants were very helpful. We had to cancel our initial dinner reservation since the airline lost our luggage. He spoke to the restaurant on our behalf so they didn’t think we simply skipped out on the reservation. The night attendant, Allen was a superstar! He helped guide us to a clothing store for essentials since we didn’t have our luggage. Pointed out attractions that were must see. And he made us feel very welcomed in his country. We loved the insider local information and it helped make our trip all the more enjoyable and memorable!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

It far exceeded a 3-star hotel. The lobby was stylish, interventions and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of restaurants around, and even a two-minute walk to a grocery store (Lebensmittel, like a supermarket). There’s also a metro station about 5 minutes away.
The only downside might be that the rooms are very small, and neither the doors nor the walls have any sound insulation. For two nights out of our week-long stay, we were kept awake by a neighbor’s snoring ☺️

The reception staff were friendly and the location was great.
However, the accommodations felt a bit dated and cold.
Aside from that, the service and cleanliness were excellent.

My future wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Floride Etoile in Paris, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The staff was always there with a positive attitude. It really added a special touch to our stay.

The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The location is also very good, allowing easy access to many of the famous Parisien landmarks.

We would highly recommend Hotel Floride Etoile to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay in Paris. The combination of comfortable accommodations and outstanding, friendly staff makes it an excellent choice. We will absolutely be returning on future visits to Paris.

An excellent stay. The staff were fantastic, we were made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. We were given a lovely recommendation for dinner on Friday evening which we really enjoyed. Location was great, very central. Easy 10 minute walk to Effiel tower one way & Arc De Triomphe the other. For such a central location the hotel is placed on a quiet residential street. We felt very safe as two women & a child. We will book again when back in Paris.

Parisian hotel! It is a small but clean and well-maintained hotel where you can open two suitcases. It is in a good location to walk around the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. There is also a Carrefour nearby!
