The boat on the river felt a bit unstable, and there was a lot of collision noise at night. The value for money was really poor, but the service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

I got up around 9 a.m. and was changing clothes when the room door suddenly opened and a random person came in. The door was locked, so how could it have opened? I'm going to go to the front desk to ask what happened.

Nice hotel centrally on the seine. But there a few downsides. One of the towel got a stain in it, the water supply when showering or using the toilet is a high pitch which goes on for some time which can be really annoying. The breakfast is really small and they are slow on restocking. Other than that it is okay.

Super cool hotel! Definitely novel to be on a boat and you can feel it rock with the water, but it’s a great design and super picturesque! The staff is fantastic!

Unfortunately, due to extremely bad weather conditions in Scotland our tour was rerouted which delayed our arrival by a day. When I contacted the hotel 5 days prior to our arrival, they advised they could do nothing and we should contact Expedia. Expedia advised us that due to the hotel policies would not allow them to change anything.
Figured out my texts with the hotel were just their AI Chat Bot.

Even as a frequent traveler this place is truly unique. Located in the heart of Paris but an oasis in every way. The view at Seine river is incredible and the staff is doing everything to make the stay a true experience.

Location isn’t too bad but it’s a bit far away from anywhere of interest. The novelty of being on a hotel on water isn’t really worth the vacuum toilet system and the loud noises from piping/ducts elsewhere in the hotel

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed my brief trip just to check out the hotel and stay on the Seine River. Cozy small comfy room #12. Really cool seeing the boats go by from my room or the bar, pool area. Convenient to the train stations so it was easy to get around. Walked 18 minutes to Notre Dame Cathedral. 30 minutes walk to see where Emily in Paris was filmed.

Very disappointed with this Hotel I contacted the the agent to inform them that due to my wife being unwell we would not be able to travel not only would the hotel not give us a refund as per there policy when booking they charged us an additional fee of £126.68 for failing to check in.
