This ibis is generally standard ibis quality and rooms have excellent air conditioning.
What really stood out was the team who were super helpful every time I needed anything.
The location is excellent if you have a car but slightly less convenient for those without as it’s a bit out of the centre of Auch.

Ibis on one side of the parking lot, ibis budget on the other. Don't be uncomfortable being poor. No reception as such, you have to go to the ibis reception opposite. The reception given by the person was actually colder than the January blizzard. She has a strange way of doing her job and even said to us "no breakfast?" We would have liked it but no, actually, we'll get it elsewhere. No toilet brush, no baby mattress with the travel cot provided, cardboard cups and so on. We were in an ibis budget in Carcassonne the day before, it was nothing like that! It was of much better quality with a much more affordable price for a traveling family like us. We felt good there, unlike here. I don't recommend it.

It's a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting much. I was there with my collegues and the hotel was booked by our company (business trip). I love the location because of the supermarket nearby but the hotel itself was just regular. Very poor breakfast (we didn't even get bread), I got a room with a bunk bed and on the top one there were dead spiders all over the sheets.

Nice clean hotel near main motor routes and shops also some good eateries nearby would recommend and stop again when passing
