Very basic rooms. A refresh is necessary as the place is crumbling. Spider Webs, mould, and dirtyness all around. Staff is welcoming and friendly but it seems management need to wake up and give the place a refresh overall. Location is convenient for travellers close to the highway.

Average hotel on a French highway. Couldn’t book on their website and price at the counter was a little steep. Anyway, very comfy if you’re driving. Room not so big but A/C working properly. Also good breakfast !

AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!! Only if I could give a zero star. They don't offer a cleaning service on the weekend so you won't have towels replaced or a room cleaned. No one told me that and when I arrived in the room late at night I couldn't shower because I used my towles and put it on the floor etc. I am not high maintenance girl or anything and I don't have a high expectation when it comes to 3 star hotels, however at least there should be a basic standard such as decently cleaned room and hygienic environment. The room was dusty and uncleaned. The RECEPTIONIST COULD NOT CARE LESS about their customer service.

This hotel is dirty and unfriendly. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. One towel is provided every two days. They don't even clean the room. It's like a really strange animal cage.

Reception lady was on the abrupt side and dismissive when our door had jammed solid due to the frame having been repainted. She also charged us twice for the room insisting she had only taken a holding deposit. Lastly every other kyriad Direct/Campenile we have stayed in provided a bar service, but this was not available. Room felt tired as is often the case with this chain, but was acceptable. Morning staff were much better, engaging and sorted out the problem with the bill proactively.
