No one at the reception during the night — not safe or acceptable. The towels were stained and smelled awful, like they hadn’t been properly washed.

Parking is a nightmare in the area. The location is okay, but the neighborhood feels unsafe at night.

I also got sick a few hours after having the breakfast. I seriously doubt it was fresh.

I won’t be coming back.

Bathroom sliding door is crooked and broken, not up to standard.
Same problem: loose and flimsy electrical outlets – not good for electronic devices.
Air conditioner remote control is esoteric. I had to turn it off directly on the unit, which is high up – not ideal!

Great spot can be easily reached from station (walking) and bus connections to airport. Plenty of places to eat and drink and shop within walking distance

Good location but very small room, paper walls that you can hear through, bedsheet was dirty and they did not allow me to do a late check out. It said 11am on the paper but they told me 10am max. Weird

Perfect location, close to everything you need in Cannes. Atentive and polite receptionists. Would come back again with a pleasure.

ATTENTION AUX CAFARDS ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée à l’hôtel nous nous sommes endormis rapidement et avons découvert au petit matin des cafards ! Le gérant de l’hôtel qui n’est pas qqn d’agréable, n’a absolument rien fait et a refusé de nous rembourser je vous déconseille cet hôtel la propreté laissé à désirer, il n’y avait même pas de savon ou de produit pour se laver les mains. Il ne vaut pas du tout ses 3 étoiles ! C’est honteux de voir des cafards énormes à son réveil et de même pas faire un geste ou d’être remboursée.

My husband and I recently stayed here.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. Inside rooms were dirty and had a bunch of markings on the and chipped furniture. Couldn’t use the shower because it had black grime which I’m guessing is mold (photos below).

Overpriced but okay for one night stay. Also rude staff - you can kinda see that by the responses to any honest negative google reviews.
