Spent four nights at Five Seas Hotel Cannes and we had lovely stay. The service is outstanding, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is good and the location is just perfect in the heart of Cannes city center

The staff are excellent and very welcoming and helpful

The breakfast was particularly good and we loved the different cakes (the pistachio cake was delicious, and so were the halves of passion fruit!) The bed was really comfortable and our balcony was large and beautiful - it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery

Hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed everywhere but the Spa. Overall a very good stay at a lovely hotel

Great location!! Right by the train station and close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around as well. There wasn’t a window in the place and some small insects which weren’t annoying but were there.

Parking in the area is very difficult, and nearby parking is expensive. The room was very small, and the hotel itself wasn't exactly a hotel; everything was very small and cramped.

Small friendly hotel Very close to/convenient for both the railway station and the airport bus. Within easy walking walking distance of shopping , beaches and restaurants.

The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats

We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out

The day of our stay was an anniversary for us, and they even went to the trouble of decorating our room with a handwritten message. In the lounge on the top floor, all the staff greeted us with a smile

Good location, close to train station and Palace. Room are small but comfortable and you can have good rest. The area isn't noisy at all. Breakfast included and soft drinks at evening.

Jared and Julie, the owners, were so welcoming—they had a parking spot ready for us within five minutes (even though they didn’t know we had a car!) and let us check in early around noon, which was amazing after a long flight and drive

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s reasonably priced, perfect location, & very sweet & friendly staff. The terrace from my room was so beautiful-it was hard to leave my room because I could just enjoy that space.

It's not a five star, yet it is clean and just perfect for the money you pay. Use this as your base, walk to Cannes and soak in the beauty or catch the bus for 1 euro!

Fantastic location in the center:. unfortunately no private parking. Friendly staff that speaks many languages. The room rate was different from what was on the internet website. But unbeatable price for the location

We stayed with the 3 of us and everything was good in this hotel. Airco worked well, the room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was friendly and always helpful.

Pros: Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good location. The room was in the hotel garden. Cons: hungry mosquitos coming from hotel garden and no mosquito nets on the window.

It was a great night, with a clean room, a nice balcony which added a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel room, and the warm welcoming and very friendly dealing from the receptionists Charles and Julia , and I hope to come back to this hotel again as I really liked the city

Good location in the city centre. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment

Very good experience, very close to the train station, the beach, and the supermarket. The hotel has an old elevator that can only be seen in old movies. There is a waiter who speaks a little Chinese and is very friendly

This property is situated in an excellent location, I would recommend adding additional lighting in the bathroom.

This hotel is in prime position if you are joining a cruise ship from Cannes. It is just a walk across the road to the cruise terminal. Excellent location to get a boat to St Tropez and Margarita Island

The gym's swimming pool offers a comfortable view of the sea on a sunny day. Service: The front desk service was excellent and professional. We didn't really experience much else

Facilities: Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to France, this one felt the most like a modern five-star hotel back home in terms of its age and modernity

The facilities are quite modern, the decor is relatively new, and the style is aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out. The only downside is that the rooms are small

This hotel is located in the Bocca village (Cannes can be reached by bus). The room are as per Ibis standard but would require a renovation. Good bed as usual. Nice personnel.

Nearby are good restaurants and shops and a market on Saturday morning. Hotel is on a main bus route into town with fixed fare of E2

Although a budget type hotel its a bit more than that, I've been coming here over a few years through work, they have just had a revamp with aircon in all rooms and a general modernisation

Nice big beds with good pillows and mattresses. Staff speak Good English and are very helpful, there is a small medium priced bar with good selection of beers etc

The breakfast they offer for a reasonable price is traditional French with crusty bread, sweet bread, croissants, fresh fruit, jam, butter, ham, cheese, orange, coffee, and a selection teas

Easy walk to the main streets for shopping, to the pedestrian areas for cafés and restaurants. The rooms are Hollywood themed and very cozy

Hosts are incredibly polite and helpful and justifiably proud of their property. Rooms have the standard amenities, everything looks new and works as it should. A delightful stay and as an added bonus - NOT expensive!

This is a family run hotel close to the rue d antibes. The rooms are very clean but quite simple. Bathrooms are new. The family are excellent and could not be more helpful.

Excellent small hotel in a quiet area that is within 15 minutes walking from the train station, 10 minutes to nice and relatively inexpensive restaurants & shopping areas on rue Hoche and another ten minutes from there to the Promenade

I must give out in public my true feelings about my stay in this hotel, we ware a group of 7 people traveling around Europe for the past 6 months, "Hotel Verlaine" was by far the best experience we had, "Hotel Verlaine" is number one in service, accommodating! And pleasing! the staff was very friendly! and helpful! in any forum and shape

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great. 15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful

You can hear some road noise but you are in the city. I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony. The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home. Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs

The toiletries provided in the rooms with balconies are all L'Occitane. It's close to the train station, except for some noise outside the window, there's nothing wrong with it.

Everything and everyone at Hotel Victoria was perfect! Tgis was my 2nd visit, but I chose another accommodation last year, and now i remembered why i enjoyed this property so much! Returning next year!!!

Stayed there with my partner for four nights. Initially I thought it would be a bit underwhelming, but honestly it was fantastic. Very kind and nice staff, always clean, good amenities and the beds were comfortable

Convenient and good location, but it is nearby the street and a bit noisy.

Good size of rooms, location in Cannes is central. It is a busy street, on the noisy side if you have your windows open. Rooms look and feel like they have not been refurbished for 20 years or so

But it feels clean, and gives good value for the prize

We have complimentary breakfast which was very nice; keep in mind they are simple breakfast, not buffet style. They have safe in room but you will need to ask for keys. Kettlenis also available upon request

The location was fantastic, you cannot be more centre of the action than this. Walking to al the hip restaurants like 2 mins. 5-10 mins walk to beach and waterfront

The en suite bathroom was clean and the shower had a good temperature and good pressure

Hotel Albert 1er is a charming quiet hotel removed from but very close to the main beach activity as well as the historic area of Cannes (le Suquet) - the perfect combination of atmosphere and convenience

But what we loved most was our hostess, who made us feel right at home and also made available / served up an outstanding buffet breakfast. We ate on a beautiful, lush green terrace - perfect way to start our day

everything was super good! the place is very warm and comfortable which makes me feel at home. The staff are very friendly to give help and guidance! I highly recommend the breakfast in this hotel btw.

The only negative was that we were on the ground floor so there’s a bit of noise with people coming in and out and the breakfast being prepped and served, but that didn’t bother us as we were up and out early both mornings
