Yeah, I’m not kidding. This could well deserve a higher price per night. The room, in mind the bed, bathroom, shower, ordered floors, reception, was really nice - much better than expected. I slept so well. Enough noice to feel the city, though not any particular noisey. The receptionist(s) were incredibly nice and welcoming, overwhelming so. The guy stayed way past the check-in, and helped me with some simple things further, with patience. The girl at check-out offered all she could, although I insisted on just delivering the key card ofc. Would stay again, and almost tempting to stay in Nice because of it.

Small but nice hotel for those looking to spend their day traveling and having a private room and bathroom to come back to at night. The front desk was super nice and knew English, and even let us store our bags there after check out!

I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in Nice, want to stay in a central location, and experience the kindest, most helpful reception team. The room was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I’m still genuinely moved by how much they supported me — you can really feel how much they care about their guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you again!

You have to pay a fee when you get there of 100€ which they say you get back but it has been 5 months and I have not received my money back. We have contacted them but they do not respond. Absolutely do not recommend anyone to book a hotel room there.

Please do not stay here, probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in terms of cleanliness and service. The hotel had the most foul odour, like a sewage pipe was broken. I was tricked into paying a €100 security deposit when I arrived which I never got back after after they said I would and fail to respond when following up with them. After looking at other people’s reviews it seems like they are scamming everyone.

I loved my 3 nights stay. I was very well welcomed. I had some stuff that I asked them to put in the fridge; which they kindly did. I would've given 5 stars but I removed one star because the breakfast space isn't ready yet. Hopefully next time I'll give them 5 stars ! Keep it up

The general condition of the building was to be feared. The entrance where the reception is located was very dirty, which does not bode well for the rest.

I put a score of 0/10 to your hotel!
I book a room with a double bed during the day, I arrive in the evening at the address written on the internet, at the reception I am told that I have to walk a few km to get to the place where my room is located. It's already off to a bad start. They pass me an access card to the room, I arrive in front and there are already people. Then I was told to wait because they couldn't find my reservation. In the end, I was given a room with a single single bed even though I had booked for 1 person with a double bed. In short, I do not recommend you at all, organization level is 0!
