We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Perfect location in a safe area. Room was small but lovely with beautiful view of the garden. Would definitely return 👍

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Although our plans had some unforeseen issues, Emma was extremely accommodating and thoughtful throughout all of our interactions.

The hotel has a nice ambience and vibe. The location is suitable and convenient. The cleanliness is great.

My wife and I particularly enjoyed the soap and scented lotion.

Maison Durante is located just a few minutes from the train station, but gives you the feeling you are somewhere else. So quiet and wonderful, perfect location for us. The hotel is beautifully designed with high quality all over. We booked a big suite, with a view to the cozy backyard. The suite was big and spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful - not the usual buffet, but you order what you want from a menu, and the food is made for you in no time. All the staff were very helpful and super nice!

Charming boutique hotel close to Nice Ville station and shops on Av. Jean Médecin. A bit further from Old Town and Quai des É-U but still walkable. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Room was small but very quiet and comfortable with a view of the sunny courtyard. Would stay again.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bedbug crawling all over me and under the covers. I turned on the light, but it scurried away so fast I tried to swat it but failed and it scurried under the bed. The next day, I broke out in several large, painful, and itchy blisters. The receptionist even said, "Why didn't you call for help when you found it last night?!" In the middle of the night! Were you supposed to be half-asleep and ask the receptionist to crawl under the bed to look for the bedbug? What a terrible experience!

The hotel front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the facilities in the room were average, not dirty but not very clean either. Because of the garden, there were flying insects, so the windows needed to be closed. The price-performance ratio was average.

We only stayed one night and did not book breakfast. The welcome upon arrival was excellent. Nice and clean room, fantastic shower. The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for just one night, and had the best experienc! What was most outstanding was the service, and the hospitality. Emma our hostess and also our chef, asked upon checkin if we had any allergies. As a celiac in France, I was starving! And when I said gluten free, she personally surprised us and baked me a gluten free breakfast cake at the impressive home cooked breakfast the following morning. I was so touched. The room was a suite, and perfectly roomy and stocked. There IS an elevator, I read in one review that the reviewer thought there wasn’t. Anyway, nothing but lovely things to say about this place that has a personal touch.
