Hotel la Villa Nice Promenade in Nice

Beautiful boutique hotel with protected parking lot in the courtyard, 15 minutes walk from the old town center and 15 minute drive from the airport, and a block from the promenade.
All decor was thoughtful and stylish. Quality linens and towels and all bathroom fixtures. Everything kept up in pristine condition. We loved our spacious room with a balcony.
Excellent breakfast with great number of choices.
The entire team was kind and accommodating. Had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Lovely staff, spectacular location a block from Parade des Anglais, the glorious boardwalk along the beach. Near lots of great restaurants. Great views from the hotel. Super comfortable. Tea, coffee and fridge in the room. Some rooms have balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea! Comfortable lights for reading. Comfortable chairs and desk. A great place to stay.

We spent six days at the Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade, located in the Gambetta neighborhood of Nice. Having never previously visited Nice, we selected the hotel based upon its price and reviews. We found the hotel to be very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Our third-floor room, was large, clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing and sleeping at the end of long days exploring the city and its environs. Located approximately a mile west of the city center and old Nice, two blocks from the beachfront, five blocks from the Alsace-Lorraine metro station, and less than a half mile from the train station, we found the location to be well suited to our interests. While the hotel price may be economical, the breakfast alone is worth the price. A variety of fresh meats, cheeses, breads, cakes, pastries, fruit and juices, supplemented with cappuccino and cafe late, we looked forward to it every morning. The staff is warm, friendly, intelligent, and fluent in multiple languages, including English. Eager to provide assistance, direction, and advice, they even assisted us with navigating the French postal system and its costs. They made us feel very welcome. For the economical traveler or the traveler who primarily treats their hotel as an anchor and place to relax after a long day of exploration or at play on the beach, this hotel is ideal for your stay in Nice.

We visited Nice for business purposes. During our search, we noticed that many reviews mentioned noise issues, so we decided to visit the hotel in person to check whether a quiet room could be provided.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and understanding. After discussing our concerns about noise, she kindly upgraded us from a Comfort room to a Prestige (Executive) room. She explained that Comfort rooms face the street, while Prestige rooms face the courtyard.

The Prestige room was very quiet, well managed, clean, and felt luxurious. We slept very well during our stay, which was much appreciated after long business days.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ The hotel is perfectly located – just a short walk from the beach and only a few minutes from the city center. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious, with a lovely authentic French touch 🥐☕. We really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach combined with elegant design. We’ll definitely be back! 🙌✨

Comfortable and Convenient
Excellent hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central, between the beach and the main train station. The room, while very small, was spotless and comfortable. Would stay here again.

My neighbours up stairs were a little noisy but that happens.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was too. The breakfast buffet was nice and had ample amount of choices. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and as well as the staff at the buffet. Great location as it was only a couple minutes walk to the promenade.
