Hotel Ambassador Nice in Nice

Many of the negative reviews pertaining to to the old hotel. It’s been completely renovated and our room was spotless and comfortable. It’s close to the beach in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our triple room was massive- lots of space (a table or some couch would have made it even better).

Would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic hotel in great location! Newly renovated with beautiful decor in bedrooms and breakfast room. We were a very large group of 24 colleagues and the staff were so professional, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The location, the bed are perfect! Strongly recommend the room with balcony. Just a small problem, there are two small hole on the glass door of shower room, the water might come out. Over all we enjoyed our 3 nights staying there. We another hotel near by harbor side for other 3 days, but in the end we prefer this hotel more.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff, nice freshly renovated rooms. I suggest they refill your refreshments (tea/coffee) daily, not just upon request. Superb location! Breakfast is a bit poor, some interesting food options (as different types of cheese, fruits, nuts) could be added as well.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the recent reopening of the completely renovated Ambassador hotel in Nice, FR. This property is located two blocks from the beach. Our room had a lovely view of the Medditeranian from our balconey, and it was perfectly located near blocks of great restaurants just around the corner. Four of these owned by the same ownership group as the Ambassador, offering two free drinks with a dinner order if you show them your room key. Also just a few blocks away and your are into the historic district of Nice.

The renovation was done with a nod to the historical heritage of the property. Ceramic Outlets, lighting and furnishings reflect this in its design. The shower was large, glass enclosed and the bathroom fixtures were lovely.

We were fortunate to interact with the manager, Miss Loan and the front desk mgr., Miss Sorana. My apologies ladies if I’ve misspelled your names. These two women were as upbeat, conscientous, and friendly as they were responsive to a few of our requests.

The breakfast was a full on European style spread for only $12 USD. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, etc., with a great self serve latte and esspersso machine. My only recommendation would be to up the heat on the egg and meat warmer.

We were extremely pleased with the four nights we stayed, and felt the value for the price we paid was a very good deal.

I was lucky enough to find this hotel, the location, kindness, and interior were all satisfactory. If you stay in Nice, it would be the best hotel. It is not yet famous because it has just been reopened, but it will soon become a popular hotel. Also, you can have a high-quality meal at a good price for breakfast. Amenity is a Roxitane product. Unfortunately, it was difficult because there were some bugs in the bathroom. Everything else is the best. Especially choose a terrace room.

Situated in a great location. In the middle of station and airport and near the coast line. You take a step out and you have a lovely view of sea and sky and also the branded shops nearby. Too good to be a 3 star. Rooms are very spacious. The room we stayed in had a room like wardrobe and even the bathroom had a bath-tub. In terms of a 3* overall I would suggest it to all and a must try. It has great people to help at the reception and even the whole of ambiance is good. Breakfast is also good with good spread. We were there 2 nights and we enjoyed it completely. It is also near the Lafayette Gallery square.

Comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly staff. Amazing location near the sea front. A tasty breakfast is available.
