3 star hotels in Bakuriani

I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out. There's a spa and gym here. I only gave the room 4 Stars because I compared it with hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and UK. Perhaps it is 5 Stars by Georgian standards. Great location, Rooms Need to be improved, the beds are not comfortable and they have to improve the noise by increasing the sound insulation between rooms and corridors . Need To Increase the food variety in the breakfast. The restaurant and Bar food is very good, but they have an issue that visa machine didn't work with international bank so i paid cash only. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional, and the service overall was great. The room design was nice and the beds are so comfortable. However, there were a few issues, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working, the balcony door was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, everything else was good and the stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is very beautiful and deserves to be repeated. The pool design is luxurious and very hot. We spent two nights that were the most beautiful nights... The two female employees I saw in the evening and morning were smiling and had high morals and the speed of response was excellent. Thank you to them. Nice place but not without issues. Beds are nice but there is no storage whatsoever. Nice kitchen. Tha outside area is still at working progress. Place is brand new, so i believe most issues will be fixed in the future.

Excellent hotel! We stayed in January 2026 and loved it. The staff was very polite, especially the kitchen staff. Everyone was very friendly, the breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and the buffet had a wide selection. The rooms themselves were also in good condition; a great value for the price! Almost all the staff spoke Russian.

I was there off season. The hotel is not bad but not perfect either. Rooms have some problems like some sockets doesn't work, the drain wasn't working properly, curtains r dirty. But its ok if u r not going to spend much time in ur room.

Nice hotel. Located in the top of a hill. The beds are comfy and the sheets, blankets, and towels are very clean. The restaurant space is spacious and good. There is a kettle with cups, water bottles and tea,coffee,and sugar. The breakfast buffet was good. I like the cale and pancake made there. However, the building is a little bit old and needs to renew some parts. No facial tissues and rubbish baskets...

Place is normal, no special specs here, but it's a pretty good place for going with small children.

Stayed in apartments. So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule. Skipping for more than week, then came every second day 😄 Comparing to Georgia - can recomend

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one. We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool.

Overall my 4-days staying here was OK however a bit spoiled by some details. First of all I was forced to wait over 2 hours to be accommodated (until 5 pm!) due to "room preparation" which is not really acceptable as the check-in time is 2pm. Second what was not good is that not all of us have been provided with linen, towels and slippers (only 2 of us or of 4). The issue hasn't unfortunately been...

Good stay option. Difficult to climb up on a snowy day without snow tires / tc off. All amenities were clean . No washing machine available despite showing on the booking website.

Were at the end of April. They didn’t find normal housing in Borjomi, we arrived in Bakuliani. The season is over, there are no people - mountains, silence, wonderful air! I liked the hotel very much (we were alone in it :)). The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable, with a mountain view from the balcony. Perfect place!

The chasm between rich and poor is an example of a caste system. Baku, a country's only showcase, is a call-to-action page of poverty on the way to the city. The sparkling music and crowds are like an amusement park. It's great entertainment. Casinos like Las Vegas. Worth seeing.
