I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out. Great location, Rooms Need to be improved, the beds are not comfortable and they have to improve the noise by increasing the sound insulation between rooms and corridors . We were there in February for ski holidays. The location is perfect, close to ski center. The villa is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Nino was very kind and helpfully. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional, and the service overall was great. The room design was nice and the beds are so comfortable. However, there were a few issues, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working, the balcony door was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, everything else was good and the stay was enjoyable.

The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food.

I encountered a problem at check-in. My prepaid booking wasn't recognized by Trip.com, and the hotel insisted that they only accept bookings made through the *********** app. After several attempts, which took about 20 minutes, the booking was finally found. Nice place but not without issues. Beds are nice but there is no storage whatsoever. Nice kitchen. Tha outside area is still at working progress. Place is brand new, so i believe most issues will be fixed in the future.

Its a good place but not a fancy one, the lady over there was super nice, however, the bathrooms were not good at all.

There is a warm family atmosphere. There is also a Turkish restaurant. Turkish kebabs have everything, good service and delicious food, a quality place. I definitely recommend it.

We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." But nobody come for cleanning all...

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

Were at the end of April. They didn’t find normal housing in Borjomi, we arrived in Bakuliani. The season is over, there are no people - mountains, silence, wonderful air! I liked the hotel very much (we were alone in it :)). The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable, with a mountain view from the balcony. Perfect place!
