Where to stay in Bakuriani

We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." But nobody come for cleanning all...

It's nice, but there's no reception in each building. Booking is in one building and reception is in another; it's tiring.

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

The hotel is very luxurious and has a wonderful view. The buffet is good, and there is no laundry service available👎🏻

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed. I recommend you all !!!

Location for mountain resort is not perfect, road is pretty busy all the time and back yard is used only for car parking, so no space for outside activities nearby. Stayed in apartments. So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule. Skipping for more than week, then came every second day 😄 Comparing to Georgia - can recomend

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one. We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool.

Overall my 4-days staying here was OK however a bit spoiled by some details. First of all I was forced to wait over 2 hours to be accommodated (until 5 pm!) due to "room preparation" which is not really acceptable as the check-in time is 2pm. Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

The hotel is ideally located next to the ski lift, with stunning views of the mountains and slopes from the window. Excellent service and polite staff. You can order food to your room at any time without going out into the city. I really liked everything, I recommend it!

There are many hotels and hostels in this resort, so I do not recommend staying in this hotel, hot water is intermittent, the hotel "overseer" can be rude, save your nerves, I give it a 3 because of respect for the waiter and cleaners, but otherwise a 2, good luck to everyone

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From staff ambiance, to all amenities, to all the breathtaking views, to cleanliness, to friendliness, calmness, amazing breakfast and what not. One can not ask for a better staycation!!! Loved every bit of our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Irakli at the reception. We were planning to go to a live concert on Didvili mountain and he helped us a lot to get there. However, the ski slope near the hotel is not good for beginners as we did not find enough trainers to have ski lessons.

Good stay option. Difficult to climb up on a snowy day without snow tires / tc off. All amenities were clean . No washing machine available despite showing on the booking website.
