Best location and staff, clean rooms, great breakfast

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for both relaxation and exploring. Highly recommend. feels like home, would have stayed longer if i could.

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed. I recommend you all !!!

Location for mountain resort is not perfect, road is pretty busy all the time and back yard is used only for car parking, so no space for outside activities nearby. Hotel is new built and well designed, stuff tries to be nice but they don’t speak English mainly. Restaurant and food was lovely. The pool was main reason we selected this hotel ? But it was out of service. So there was not much to do...

We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." But nobody come for cleanning all...

It's nice, but there's no reception in each building. Booking is in one building and reception is in another; it's tiring.

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

Extremely clean, comfortable and family-friendly hotel with huge rooms with balconies and open spaces. It is surrounded with forest, thus you can enjoy fresh air. Very nice resosrt. Stylish enteriors, clean and cosy. The kitches has traditional dishes worth to try. Also good local wines. Highly recommended!

We spent one night at Komorebi Resort in Bakuriani and had a lovely experience—much better than expected despite the negative reviews we’d read. The hotel is ideally located next to the ski lift, with stunning views of the mountains and slopes from the window. Excellent service and polite staff. You can order food to your room at any time without going out into the city. I really liked everything, I recommend it!

The best hotel in Bakuriani, I recommend it 100%, friendly staff, delicious dishes, there is also a billiards and bar room where you can have coffee or a cocktail. In two steps is the charming mountain, for those who love to ski.

We are so pleased with this hotel. The room is clean, renovated, and has nice view of the mountains. The room is made up every day and even the (free) water is replenished. The ski lift is right across the street. The staff are especially friendly and helpful with any requests.

Hotel is in a good neighborhood and price/performance ratio is reasonable. Breakfast is enough with range of options. The bus station and ski resort is right in the front. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Hotel has very good location. Rooms are quiet and cozy, very kind staff in the reception. But hotel has no facilities for families. The room for kids is downstairs in a cold area. Breakfast is poor quality. They don't clean our room every day, even when you ask. Swimming pool is available after additional payment, and price is very high.

we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful. it has a lot of facilities such a swimming pool, billiard room, conference hall, dining room, etc.

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

Its a good place but not a fancy one, the lady over there was super nice, however, the bathrooms were not good at all.

There is a warm family atmosphere. There is also a Turkish restaurant. Turkish kebabs have everything, good service and delicious food, a quality place. I definitely recommend it.
