I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional, and the service overall was great. The room design was nice and the beds are so comfortable.
However, there were a few issues, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working, the balcony door was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, everything else was good and the stay was enjoyable.

Great hotel in a prime location! Dialogue Kokhta is situated in one of the best spots in Bakuriani. The interior is stylish and very clean. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. It’s the perfect choice for both families and professional skiers. Will definitely visit again!

I decided to visit a restaurant in Dialog Kokhta before having our trip to Tbilisi. I’ve ordered a Kiev Chicken Cutlet. I was waiting for my order for more than an hour but it’s fine. When the waiter brought me my food, I noticed that the cutlet was completely raw. I asked the waiter to change it, and they brought me a new one… which was also raw. When it happens once, it is an accidental, but twice - looks like regularity. After the first change of the dish they apologized, but after the second one no one apologized or offered me something. Would not recommend the following restaurant at all. With so nice atmosphere inside it has an awful service.
