We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bakuriani Inn! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organized. The rooms were clean, warm, and very comfortable — perfect after a long day in the mountains

We used the hotel services in early May. The hotel is excellent, beautiful design, good location, large private park, clean and cozy rooms with all amenities, stunning views of the mountains

I only gave the room 4 Stars because I compared it with hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and UK. Perhaps it is 5 Stars by Georgian standards

I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also great — peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and convenient for exploring Bakuriani

We tried the lounge, nice food with reasonable prices and very good hospitality from Marco (he sings very well too) I believe if you’re coming to Bukariani that’s one of the best places you can visit We spent good time with outdoor shisha 😃 And there is place for kids as well to play Enjoy

The room is spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and polite 😍 The spa and thermal pool are fantastic! Breakfast is delicious

There is an amazing outdoor jacuzzi pool (in winter it's just wow), dry sauna and hammam. There is a room with a PS4 and board games

The only downside is that the hotel is 1 km from the ski park, but it’s absolutely worth it! I’ll definitely return to this hotel

The place is wonderful! The hotel are very clean, the rooms have everything you need (toothbrushes, pastes, slippers, robes, soap accessories), there is also a coffee machine, mini bar, TV The hotel has wonderful breakfasts with polite staff

The two female employees I saw in the evening and morning were smiling and had high morals and the speed of response was excellent. I wrote in the diary at the reception in Arabic and English what we spent

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed

Great place for the comfy stay. Rooms feel new and clean. Indoor pool is heated and feels great after a long tiring day. Restaurant is cosy and the food are delicious and well dressed. Totally recommend!

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent

Each day we had almost the same breakfast - scramble, some meat, and rice or buckwheat. As additional bonus, this place has spa. Spa is not for 5 stars, but after skiing, it was great place for relax

Good and clean hotel , good breakfast

The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

Good place for family vacations

we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful

The best hotel in Bakuriani, I recommend it 100%, friendly staff, delicious dishes, there is also a billiards and bar room where you can have coffee or a cocktail

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From staff ambiance, to all amenities, to all the breathtaking views, to cleanliness, to friendliness, calmness, amazing breakfast and what not

The hotel is ideally located next to the ski lift, with stunning views of the mountains and slopes from the window. Excellent service and polite staff

And the service is soo good, the gentleman (i think his name was ado) that works at the reception has amazing manners, he's respectful, he is kind and humble, he is very helpful and his english is good, even the other workers are the same! (and all of this for a reasonable cheap price, not expensive!) In conclusion i would rate this perfect hotel a 10/10! Well done BM plaza!

We are so pleased with this hotel. The room is clean, renovated, and has nice view of the mountains. The room is made up every day and even the (free) water is replenished. The ski lift is right across the street

You can order food to your room at any time without going out into the city. I really liked everything, I recommend it!

near are markets, police, cinema, pharmacy and 2 park where u can spend all days. most important is that this hotel is away from main street and u willnot hear noise of cars and some loud music at nights

although breakfast had the best range (we took 3 meals per day) 3. location is perfect, you can rent skiing accessories just in front of the hotel for 30 lari (minimum) and can hire trainer for 100 lari per hour

had to open balcony door many times. if there was thermostat or clear instructions of how to regulate the heater - it would be aapreciated a lot. Food options were brilliant, but not quite kid friendly

There is a warm family atmosphere. There is also a Turkish restaurant. Turkish kebabs have everything, good service and delicious food, a quality place. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Among advantages I can mention availability of cutlery, dishes and microwave oven in the room and a really good sauna

We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool

So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule

Good stay option. Difficult to climb up on a snowy day without snow tires / tc off. All amenities were clean . No washing machine available despite showing on the booking website.
