Everything was perfect and great location and they have nice pool and sauna

The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty

Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out. " But nobody come for cleanning all week

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bakuriani Inn! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organized. The rooms were clean, warm, and very comfortable — perfect after a long day in the mountains

We used the hotel services in early May. The hotel is excellent, beautiful design, good location, large private park, clean and cozy rooms with all amenities, stunning views of the mountains

I only gave the room 4 Stars because I compared it with hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and UK. Perhaps it is 5 Stars by Georgian standards

I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed

There was a specific problem where the pool did not work due to a malfunction and the management did everything in its power to get it back in operation. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy it

Great place for the comfy stay. Rooms feel new and clean. Indoor pool is heated and feels great after a long tiring day. Restaurant is cosy and the food are delicious and well dressed. Totally recommend!

Every day, they clean your room and give you a new bottles of water and even can give you a new towel, which is a very big plus. The food was not so tasty and diverse

Hotel is new built and well designed, stuff tries to be nice but they don’t speak English mainly. Restaurant and food was lovely. The pool was main reason we selected this hotel ? But it was out of service

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent

There is an amazing outdoor jacuzzi pool (in winter it's just wow), dry sauna and hammam. There is a room with a PS4 and board games

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food

We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool

More over experiencing lack of towels we realized one of them was dirty which is of course totally unacceptable. The hotel is modern and nice however my experience was not good. I suppose that's because of high season

Second what was not good is that not all of us have been provided with linen, towels and slippers (only 2 of us or of 4). The issue hasn't unfortunately been resolved properly after pointing this out

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one

ArtVilla is in beautiful location, very easy to find. Rooms are very nicely aligned, beds are orthopedic, big and very comfortable to sleep in. Food is awesome and very delicious and full of varitys to choose from

House is filled with work of arts and it makes peaceable & quiet to relax and enjoy the snow also from inside. Someday I will return back to Georgia, Bakuriani and visit them again, wish all the best to them

, it is one of best place I have ever seen with his old history. Here you can tasty many different Georgian dishes such as like khinkali, khachapuru, Chikhirtma, Chaqapuli and etc ^_^

after sky and snow and sun we had a good meal and Chacha !!! it was grate to feel free and be like at you home. i think it is one of best place with his old history and atmosphere

Good stay option. Difficult to climb up on a snowy day without snow tires / tc off. All amenities were clean . No washing machine available despite showing on the booking website.
