We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." But nobody come for cleanning all...

It's nice, but there's no reception in each building. Booking is in one building and reception is in another; it's tiring.

Beautiful location, reasonable price

A clean hotel. But it was very cold in the room.

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

Extremely clean, comfortable and family-friendly hotel with huge rooms with balconies and open spaces. It is surrounded with forest, thus you can enjoy fresh air. We spent one night at Komorebi Resort in Bakuriani and had a lovely experience—much better than expected despite the negative reviews we’d read. Conveniently located close to the center and ski tracks, between Didveli and Kokhta, yet away from the crowds and traffic. Nestled near the forest with access to fresh, untouched snow and clean air. We were there in February for ski holidays. The location is perfect, close to ski center. The villa is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Nino was very kind and helpfully. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

Personally for me, it was a great place. It’s very close to Kohta(up to 10 minutes)where you can skiing. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful. it has a lot of facilities such a swimming pool, billiard room, conference hall, dining room, etc.

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

Lovely location next to ice rink, ski slope and many restaurants. Unfortunately as with most of our experience in BAKURIANI the hospitality was not so good. The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food.

I encountered a problem at check-in. My prepaid booking wasn't recognized by Trip.com, and the hotel insisted that they only accept bookings made through the *********** app. After several attempts, which took about 20 minutes, the booking was finally found. I also noticed that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so it's advisable to check the weather before booking, as the location is heavily...

We are so pleased with this hotel. The room is clean, renovated, and has nice view of the mountains. The room is made up every day and even the (free) water is replenished. The ski lift is right across the street. The staff are especially friendly and helpful with any requests.

Hotel is in a good neighborhood and price/performance ratio is reasonable. Breakfast is enough with range of options. The bus station and ski resort is right in the front. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Hotel has very good location. Rooms are quiet and cozy, very kind staff in the reception. But hotel has no facilities for families. The room for kids is downstairs in a cold area. Breakfast is poor quality. They don't clean our room every day, even when you ask. Swimming pool is available after additional payment, and price is very high.

Its a good place but not a fancy one, the lady over there was super nice, however, the bathrooms were not good at all.
