We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." But nobody come for cleanning all...

It's nice, but there's no reception in each building. Booking is in one building and reception is in another; it's tiring.

Beautiful location, reasonable price

A clean hotel. But it was very cold in the room.

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

Great location, Rooms Need to be improved, the beds are not comfortable and they have to improve the noise by increasing the sound insulation between rooms and corridors . Need To Increase the food variety in the breakfast. The restaurant and Bar food is very good, but they have an issue that visa machine didn't work with international bank so i paid cash only. A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for both relaxation and exploring. Highly recommend. feels like home, would have stayed longer if i could.

Location for mountain resort is not perfect, road is pretty busy all the time and back yard is used only for car parking, so no space for outside activities nearby. Nice place but not without issues. Beds are nice but there is no storage whatsoever. Nice kitchen. Tha outside area is still at working progress. Place is brand new, so i believe most issues will be fixed in the future.

Hotel Victoria has a very good rest in Bakuriani. All its services and environment create comfort. It is especially distinguished by its staff, attention and warmth. thanks !

Conveniently located close to the center and ski tracks, between Didveli and Kokhta, yet away from the crowds and traffic. Nestled near the forest with access to fresh, untouched snow and clean air. The cottage offers a cozy fireplace and all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. Firewood is also available on-site, making it a perfect retreat.”

We were there in February for ski holidays. The location is perfect, close to ski center. The villa is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Nino was very kind and helpfully. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

We are so pleased with this hotel. The room is clean, renovated, and has nice view of the mountains. The room is made up every day and even the (free) water is replenished. The ski lift is right across the street. The staff are especially friendly and helpful with any requests.

Hotel is in a good neighborhood and price/performance ratio is reasonable. Breakfast is enough with range of options. The bus station and ski resort is right in the front. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Hotel has very good location. Rooms are quiet and cozy, very kind staff in the reception. But hotel has no facilities for families. The room for kids is downstairs in a cold area. Breakfast is poor quality. They don't clean our room every day, even when you ask. Swimming pool is available after additional payment, and price is very high.

Stayed in apartments. So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule. Skipping for more than week, then came every second day 😄 Comparing to Georgia - can recomend

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one. We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool.

Overall my 4-days staying here was OK however a bit spoiled by some details. First of all I was forced to wait over 2 hours to be accommodated (until 5 pm!) due to "room preparation" which is not really acceptable as the check-in time is 2pm. The hotel is very beautiful and deserves to be repeated. The pool design is luxurious and very hot. We spent two nights that were the most beautiful nights... The two female employees I saw in the evening and morning were smiling and had high morals and the speed of response was excellent. Thank you to them. we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful. it has a lot of facilities such a swimming pool, billiard room, conference hall, dining room, etc.

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

Its a good place but not a fancy one, the lady over there was super nice, however, the bathrooms were not good at all.

There is a warm family atmosphere. There is also a Turkish restaurant. Turkish kebabs have everything, good service and delicious food, a quality place. I definitely recommend it.
