A clean hotel. But it was very cold in the room.

Excellent structure. in the mountains with accessible spa included. in the price. Pool and Turkish bath worked. sauna not. To try again. in winter season. New room. Well done

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there

Need To Increase the food variety in the breakfast. The restaurant and Bar food is very good, but they have an issue that visa machine didn't work with international bank so i paid cash only

I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out

​Great hotel in a prime location! Dialogue Kokhta is situated in one of the best spots in Bakuriani. The interior is stylish and very clean. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch

However, there were a few issues, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working, the balcony door was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, everything else was good and the stay was enjoyable

We tried the lounge, nice food with reasonable prices and very good hospitality from Marco (he sings very well too) I believe if you’re coming to Bukariani that’s one of the best places you can visit We spent good time with outdoor shisha 😃 And there is place for kids as well to play Enjoy

The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food

Lovely location next to ice rink, ski slope and many restaurants. Unfortunately as with most of our experience in BAKURIANI the hospitality was not so good

The location of the villa is excellent, close to the cable car, and there is a supermarket very close, and the owner is a gentleman, and his dealings with us is very wonderful

Good place for family vacations

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful

Very big rooms and excellent location. Close to many restaurants, including one on site. Walking distance to Spar and CBD of Bakuriani. 25 Ski park right around the corner. The receptionist Mariam was a star!

near are markets, police, cinema, pharmacy and 2 park where u can spend all days. most important is that this hotel is away from main street and u willnot hear noise of cars and some loud music at nights

although breakfast had the best range (we took 3 meals per day) 3. location is perfect, you can rent skiing accessories just in front of the hotel for 30 lari (minimum) and can hire trainer for 100 lari per hour

another bonus was getting 30% dicount and free skiing pass (which would have cost of 440 lari per person for 1 week) - very good incentive to book this hotel

The location is excellent and very strategic , the cable car is right in front of the hotel and takes you to the ski area and the slide. Unfortunately, it was closed during our entire stay

On the other hand, the housekeeping team was excellent , very clean, organized, and they truly deserve appreciation. Having a bidet spray in the bathroom is a great and important feature

A big warmth thank you to Maiko, the owner of the hotel, one of the sweetest person on the world, we were late to dinner once and even tho that we arrived at 8:30 when dinner service ended at 8:00, she had waited for us so that we would have something to eat, I don’t know any hotel that would do this kind of kindness other then snow king hotel, so I highly highly recommend this establishment

House is filled with work of arts and it makes peaceable & quiet to relax and enjoy the snow also from inside. Someday I will return back to Georgia, Bakuriani and visit them again, wish all the best to them
