A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for both relaxation and exploring. Highly recommend. feels like home, would have stayed longer if i could.

Great place for the comfy stay. Rooms feel new and clean. Indoor pool is heated and feels great after a long tiring day. Restaurant is cosy and the food are delicious and well dressed. Totally recommend!

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed. I recommend you all !!!

Location for mountain resort is not perfect, road is pretty busy all the time and back yard is used only for car parking, so no space for outside activities nearby. Hotel is new built and well designed, stuff tries to be nice but they don’t speak English mainly. Restaurant and food was lovely. The pool was main reason we selected this hotel ? But it was out of service. So there was not much to do...

The best place for your stay in Bakuriani. My warm greetings to Maya . She was very helpful, kind and make our stay super comfortable. Regular check it is at 2 ,so When we arrived it was around midday and our room was ready. After check it. Maya offer us late breakfast. We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were amazing, most particularly Maya, who couldn’t do enough for us. I can highly recommend this hotel. From the food, staff and so close to the ski slopes. Brilliant stay and experience. We will come again! Thank you

Clean, quiet, helpfully and cost effective

Just perfect!!! Rooms are very very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 100 m away skiing field. Food in hotel is healthy and tasty.

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

very nice park. real & warm borjomi mineral water flowing from the source under a glass dome. beautiful lighting at night. free wifi. one problem - garbage around mountain rivers - no one cleans it.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy location. The hotel is located slightly uphill, which makes the area especially peaceful and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room fully matched the description and met all expectations. A great place to stay.

The room is good and very spacious, and the innkeeper was very hospitable and offered us a lot of help.😄

Laundry service wasn't perfect. Hiking socks were still wet when returing after a full day.

Beautiful view from the hotel room. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very helpful. We had to walk up three floors with our suitcases. Breakfast was limited, so it's better to have breakfast in Borjomi. The rooms are spacious but dated. The hotel shows significant damp patches in several places.

Exceptional budget forest resort. The manager speaks English and the staff are extremely kind. The spa was developed around a spring that is theraputic for skin conditions. It's more like a summer camp /traditional Caucasus resort than a contemporary spa. This place is magical! I stayed here over Christmas holiday and had the best time I could have asked for! It was so beautiful to be here among the snow covered mountains and trees. If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough.
