I have been here since 13th February and have had the most helpful and courteous service! I would definitely book again and would highly recommend. My room was fine and the bathroom well laid out. There's a spa and gym here. I only gave the room 4 Stars because I compared it with hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and UK. Perhaps it is 5 Stars by Georgian standards. The buffet breakfast was generous...

Great location, Rooms Need to be improved, the beds are not comfortable and they have to improve the noise by increasing the sound insulation between rooms and corridors . Need To Increase the food variety in the breakfast. The restaurant and Bar food is very good, but they have an issue that visa machine didn't work with international bank so i paid cash only. The hotel is overall fine. The service is excellent and the staff is attentive to guests' requests. Unfortunately, the food at breakfast is lacking and insufficient. The variety offered is very lacking. There was a specific problem where the pool did not work due to a malfunction and the management did everything in its power to get it back in operation. Personally for me, it was a great place. It’s very close to Kohta(up to 10 minutes)where you can skiing. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Every day, they clean your room and give you a new bottles of water and even can give you a new towel, which is a very big plus. The food was not so tasty and diverse. Each day we had almost the same breakfast - scramble, some meat, and rice or buckwheat...

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for both relaxation and exploring. Highly recommend. feels like home, would have stayed longer if i could.

Great place for the comfy stay. Rooms feel new and clean. Indoor pool is heated and feels great after a long tiring day. Restaurant is cosy and the food are delicious and well dressed. Totally recommend!

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed. I recommend you all !!!

Very big rooms and excellent location. Close to many restaurants, including one on site. Walking distance to Spar and CBD of Bakuriani. 25 Ski park right around the corner. The receptionist Mariam was a star!

It is a very good hotel, I rested for 3 days and will repeat it again, the restaurant is also on the first floor. I am very satisfied

Borjomi park is amazing and has lot to offer I would recommend to go any moth and any time it’s just amazing

Wonderful in winter,tickets lady doesn't speak English. Security man on the gate was very friendly. 3rd time to me there and it is remarkable place.

must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy location. The hotel is located slightly uphill, which makes the area especially peaceful and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Beautiful view from the hotel room. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very helpful. We had to walk up three floors with our suitcases. Breakfast was limited, so it's better to have breakfast in Borjomi. The rooms are spacious but dated. The hotel shows significant damp patches in several places.

Exceptional budget forest resort. The manager speaks English and the staff are extremely kind. The spa was developed around a spring that is theraputic for skin conditions. If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and speak English and Russian, the food is good and enough to choose from for the different tastes.
