very low value against high price, All inclusive is very limited in options, low quality products, only one restaurant in the venue, service is not good in general, I asked for water to the room and they wanted 6 Lari for each bottle although all inclusive, Staff are not friendly and seems to be lacking training, some are rude, food quality in breakfast is average, lunch is bad and dinner is terrible, bar lady makes you feel you are begging for free drinks and restaurant is old and worn-out, dark and uninviting, the pool is very small and only sea water. this resort requires serious management changes I felt we paid a lot and all my family were disturbed with bad quality of service and products. only Mr. Levanthe bill boy was great in service we appreciated his worm approach and willingness to do good service. not sure why others are not like him. just an example of bad service ( they charged us with one water in restaurant and we said we did not get, the waitress came and started looking around in our table and belongings to see we did not steel, that was outrageous when I spoke to the manger he apologized and said he will talk to her :)

Place was pretty good, amazing view, but food was disgusting, nothing special, we taste everything like salads, burger, everything horrible, also service was terrible, they charges me 4 peace of lemon :D so zero point F&B service, more advice is that just visit and enjoy to see sunset.

Regrettably, I cannot provide more than 2 stars. 2 stars are allocated: one for the scenic location and another for the restaurant by the pool that offers commendable food and service. In particular, the waiter Gvantsa performed exceptionally well. However, this hotel does not offer good value for money. The standard of the rooms does not correspond to that of a 5-star establishment; instead, it resembles a subpar 3-star accommodation. Additionally, the beach is unsatisfactory, afflicted with cleanliness issues, and insufficient in terms of beach chairs and beachside bar amenities. Superior beachfront hotels can be found in Kobuleti and Batumi. Moreover, the reception employs an inadequate number of staff, resulting in a lack of assistance for visitors with luggage when it comes to opening the gate. Now, let's delve into the matter of the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast resembles that of a 3-star hotel. Notably, there are certain services that require payment, such as having to individually pay for an espresso coffee every day. Overall, the demeanor of the hotel staff and management mirror those associated with a 3-star or budget hotel. Ultimately, I failed to discover any appealing aspects regarding the hotel's location. In Kobuleti, hotels with superior locations and services can be found that offer a better experience at more affordable prices.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The advantages are a beautiful view and a couple of good types of saunas. Otherwise there are only negatives: breakfast is poor and tasteless. When checking out, we waited at the reception for about 8 minutes while they checked the room for some reason. The bill for a few drops of red wine on the carpet was 200 GEL, although stains can be easily removed from such a covering. The carpet was no longer new, worn and scorched in places. In general, I do not recommend staying at the hotel, the quality and service do not correspond to the cost, it looks far from 5 stars, the sauna is ok.
